I don’t know, I support what Wowachick’s trying to do, I’m just not sure if enough people are gonna heed what she has to say. It seems like she’s been mostly dismissed. Whatever, I hope it goes well. 

First let me say I love wowachick. She’s the only person on this forum I personally know in real life. That being said, I pretty much agree there’s not much that can be done here. Idc Juggalette or not, I see sum dude lay a hand on a female, I’ll deck him on the spot. And it wouldn’t be the first time. Shame on any man who doesn’t do the same. But as far as the whole miss juggalette pageant, ull never fix that. Ninjas love the slutty over the top antics of girls at any of those contests at the gathering. But anyone who automatically assumes any lette is a slut, is just an idiot for stereotyping. But that speaks the same for any person who stereotypes anyone for any reason. It doesn’t bother me when I walk around the gathering with my gf and dudes constantly ask to see her tits. Why? Because for one she won’t do it, and two because its a compliment honestly. 

I doubt her lette respect initiative will make much of a difference myself, but not due to her lack of effort. People are complacent and lazy and don’t feel there’s a need for change, or there’s those who’ll only see her as some man-hating fascist because ‘damn a woman wants to be treated as a human? What a fucking cunt.’ But I’m pessimistic, maybe there’ll be enough people who actually get what she’s doing.
