only problem ive had with hatchetgear was actually my fault to begin with. i had just moved, forgotten to tell my bank to update my address. long story short, i ended up with a double order. both of which arrived on time and complete.
far as the confirmation emails and all that jazz, probably it was a typo in the email address or something very simple like that, not a big deal in any way.
in niveks case, that seems like a real error, since they probably expect most ninjas to order three copies instead of four. that would be worth bothering hachetgear about.

They were having problems with this. A lot of the red and white pops were mixed up. They are aware of it now but too little too late I guess. Might as well just DL it if u didn't plan on buying the other one..

In regards to my earlier post, hatchetgear contacted me yesterday and apoligized for the mix up and are sending my other cd to me now.

I went to best buy yesterday and they were sold out of red pop and white pop. So I had to get black pop. The guy that worked there was a fan! he told me that the white pop sold out the first day! He also said that there going to get another shipment of white pop and red pop this Tuesday.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HATCHET GEAR.COM i ordered two items and have BEEN CHARGED 6 TIMES, I have connected with customer service and tit took them forever to reply, they said they only saw two charges and to fax them my bank statment. At this point in time there were only 2 extra charges, 4 in total i faxed them the statement right away.. TWO DAYS LATER THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN MAKING IT SIX TIMES AND NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING IS BEING DONE, THIS IS ILLEGAL.

My girlfriend just went through the same thing as nee BUT if you live in canada its your banks problem thats going on right now not hatchet gear, pretty shitty eh anyways they didnt do anything rong but she was just as pissed dude. liek it shows the the cash comes from them but its like the banks "technical error" thats the only thing i can think of

ive never had a problem with hatchetgear and ive been ordering shit since it first started. the closest to a problem was with abominationz. i got it like 2 days after the release but they sent me some bonus shit. they always hook me up, same with strangemusic.net, never had a single REAL problem ordering from the larger companys. the smaller ones are the ones i usually have problems with fuckin bandcamp and shit like that....
