Just made my first Hatchet Gear order. All of the MDP, the Nuclear Edition of BPB and The Old Shit. This is the start of my physical collection outside of Behind the Paint and a cassette tape of Bizaare someone found me.
Question about the Nuclear Edition, I heard the Gathering documentary is in the set. Since it's in this set is is worth my time buying the actual DVD release? Does it have anything that isn't on the Bang Pow Boom version?

Welcome to the world of collecting and HG. I've been buyin stuff from HG since 2004. Before that is was just random stores. HG is the shit and I've never not gotten something I ordered in a timely fashion. Three words of advice from a long time buyer from HG:
1. It's tough, but try not to shop when your drunk. You'll wind up spending more than you probably want to.
2. Use your coupons. The majority of the time I forget so I have a stack of them. You get one with every order. Usually there only the 15% off ones. I've gotten a 25% off before though. Never seen the illusive 50%. Anyone ever get one of those?
3. Get most of the older albums while you can now. It's not that they won't be there, it's that they'll get re-released. For instance I saw the first two Cryptic Collections get re-released. I never owned the physical copy of number # 3 so I snatched that shit up before it met the same fate. IDK, I think it's fresher to get original versions.

The thing about rereleases is I like to keep my shit in the order it was released so when I come across a reissue I have trouble placing it and then the catalog numbers are all out of sequence and shit. I don't know...maybe I'm just weird and make things more complicated than they need to be.

Last years Gathering, this girl I was seeing, we walked up to the merch tent before they opened everything up and all. This dude gave me a stack of coupons, over 200 easy. All of them were 20 and 15 and 10 discounts. Only one was the 50% and me, being a gentleman, let her have that.

I am still waiting for my copy. I ordered it on 8/3/12 and received my confirmation but seeing how I live in Michigan, Holt area to be exact, probably will get it tomorrow and I am soooooo fucking geeked to get it

anybody know a way to contact hatchetgear besides the email...I got my pre-orders today but i shorted 1 of my cds. the paper i got with my order shows i ordered 4 cds and i was deffinatley charged for all 4, yet i only recieved 3 of them...

Your CD's will show up soon. Calm down. I never had an issue ordering with Hatchet Gear and I've been ordering there close to 6 years now. Only complaint I have is why the fuck do the mesh shorts not have pockets?! Make some decent gym shorts with pockets!

I haven't bought anything off hatchet gear in longer then I can remember. Those bastards got enough of mine/my parents money when I was like 14-15 lol. And back then their stuff was actually fresh, most of their merch now is lame and looks retarded. The only thing I still rock is my hatchetman charm.

I don't have any qualms with Hatchet Gear. I always get my shit quickly. Mighty Death Pop came early, so that's even better than their standard "on time" delivery for me. And I live way up in the booneys...
I used to rock a lot of hatchet merch, all through highschool, but the shirts kept shredding so I sort of just stopped buying them. Still have a hatchetman dog tag, though.
