I ordered a month ago i dont expect to get it early or anything before tuesday but i literally haven't got any emails about my cd shipping i feel ur pain from the way its looking imma have to shipp out 10+ bucks on release day at bestbuy or something -_-

HG has a really good history of having your music a day early or on the release date. I can not recall any time I have not received my CD after release date.

Ya I got an email sayin my album shipped, but you know how many times I don't get a shipping conformation when I order something from HG and still get my shit? I'm surprised I got and email at all. No worries. However sometimes shit is a month late, but that only happened to me once.

HatchetGear customer service > any other e-commerce company I've dealt with. It's not as easy as Amazon but you don't hafta deal with people who don't know what they're talking about and shit gets handled quickly. Just my experience.

I got a confirmation email the other day! HG always come through, even if they fuck up, it's not like they mean to and they always make up for it.
