I don't think MEC is out, the new hallowicked track sounds like an MEC production and if that's the case he's not gone.
But, something is telling me there's gonna be different production on this cd seeing that ICP has finally worked with Se7en for the killjoy club cd, this could be dope. What about that one dude that did that MDP remix of night of the chainsaw or whatever? He was the one that recorded abominationz with twiztid, that track was sick. Wouldn't mind seeing him either. new hallowicked track wasn't bad but it wasn't something I can listen to on a regular basis.. It was good for a one time listen. Sounds like a leftover track from a few years ago, and shaggy has been more on point than J since lotus.

that new hallowicked track was kuma
Red Moon Howl (2014) This year's Hallowicked track is probably the most Halloween-ish their singles have sounded in quite a while. The Kuma produced "Red Moon Howl" features the duo's haunting storytelling, only notably more creepy sound effects mixed into the beat, giving the track a very Hallmark Spooky Sounds cassette vibe. Twenty years is quite the commitment, and it's comforting to know that as long as there's a Halloween, there will be an Insane Clown Posse.

Kuma is extremely underrated. I would like to see him do a whole icp record. I would prefer Clark do it but ka would be my second pick. Seven is dope and probably the best producer on the underground scene right now. However he doesn't work one on one with clowns. He just sends them music. They need someone to give that 3rd opinion. I think the tempest is icp's weakest album and they pretty much did it themselves with music Mec sent. Also joe strange was let go from psychopathic when they "cleaned house"

I just never really enjoyed kumas music. Kuma and Eric Davie I never really enjoyed. That's just my opinion, If kuma made that then yea I don't see MEC doing it, but who knows, as far as we know this is all speculation as to MEC leaving or not doing it. I haven't even really enjoyed MEC's production to be honest. I remember when I popped in BPB and heard In yo face I was like oh shit the clowns are back but that was sadly the one song on the cd that sounded like the old days. Vera lee came close too tho. When MEC first came back I remember hearing "wicked hellaween" and was like DAMN THERE BACK. but sadly there hasn't been much of that due to the sounds MEC has chosen for the cards. MEC usually goes with more synthy sounding stuff or "light" sounding guitars, which I can't dig really. I liked Mike P because his guitars were sounding good and he always used unique sounds that fit icp's vibe. The sounds MEC are using just doesn't fit ICP. Even the halloween tracks I didn't get much of that vibe.

My personal opinion I feel like Mike P was on a roll with ICP when he was doing there albums. Hells pit had alot of sampled shit that wasn't cleared but it was still dope. Even esham's beats were dope for that album. The new deck's alright but it's not something I go back and bump like ever. There usually good the first few days it comes out but the replay value kinda sucks. I can still bump shangrila and hells pit. Especially hells pit.

I enjoy all the producers at times. Nothing can top MEC and the original five cards and sideshows and such, but i have a very deep enjoyment of MP's music on Shangri-La as well. Kuma is very, very good. I just cant wait to hear it.
I wonder what Dan the Automator would come up with working with Joey and Joe.
