You would need the contracts to prove or disprove a NDA clause. Nobody makes that kind of thing public. We haven't seen any proof it doesn't exist. Unless you can prove otherwise, you should maybe shut your mouth. You're just speculating like everyone else... difference is, the facts line-up with the existence of a NDA. What evidence is there contrary to the agreements existence? You have none and I'm not checking back here so save your breath.
