I’m waiting until I get this job so I can start working out again and stop being a fat shit.
I lost 70lbs by just stop eating fast food, fix my own food at home and walk 3 miles a day. I hit a plateau so I started jogging a bit at night so now I walk/jog about 6 miles a day.Feel so much better and have more energy and mentally it makes you feel better, if you have depression or shit like that, eating right/exercise hooks u the fuck up.

I still say heart attack is the best way chucks. Working out is too much like work. You actually will feel better and breathing will no longer be your enemy. I have no work out tips, but you can lose weight and get in shape just by walking, you don’t even need to buy anything to do that. They say that you have to walk fast though. Don’t know why, that’s just what I heard. It also can help with anxiety. Look straight ahead and walk fast.

Cut fast food, cut soda, drink water, eat 2000 calories a day and workout. Pushups, crunches, and running. Thats all you really need. I’ve gone from over 250 to 227 working out once a week and dieting over the last 9 weeks. Losing weight aint hard. You just gotta be motivated. Go join the marines chuklz, they’ll sort you out.

@patjoyce not gonna lie, what you’re saying is biggoted and just flat out untrue. I am not muslim (or religious at all) but to say that all muslims are angry terrorists is a ridiculous over-generalization to make. Sure, maybe they think you and I are gonna burn in hell, but so does pretty much any religious group (Christians are actually in good standing with Allah according to the Quran). This is really what it boils down to for me: There are good and bad people in any religion. If religion helps you be a better person, I am all for it, but if you use to promote hatred of any kind, you are either an uninformed or simply a fucked up person.

Randy Gall is made of Marshmellows. After his cameo in the Ghost Busters movie he got all sticky from standing in the sun and a bunch of dust and dirt and hair got stuck to his face.
Correct if I’m wrong, but don’t we have more domestic terrorism than Muslim terrorism? Like, school shootings and shit.
We our the terrorists, they are the ones scared of us. America is a big bully.
America! Fuck Yeah! Going to ruin your mother fucking day now!!!

Drone bombings at funerals or wedding processions and double-tapping to hit the first-responders is just as much terrorism as a motherfucker strapped to a bomb.
One thing I saw that absolutely disgusted me though is when I read about an 8 year old girl who had a suicide vest. Her brother was a leader in the Taliban, and apparently these adults willl lie to the kids and tell them they are delivering a package or something. The girl’s vest didn’t detonate and she is in custody. This is in Afghanistan.

this is indeed a great thread. fuck the sugar.
1 – america, as a whole, is a bunch of snob ass punks, compared to most of the world. to paraphrase a quote from a particular marine: ‘those people out there, sleeping on rocks, eating rice and beans, theyre hard. you ladies bitch when icp doesnt update you with their daily business on an hourly basis.’
2 – not religious myself, but i have known good people of pretty much every faith. definitely many cool muslims.
my best friend in college was an awesome mufucka named rami, he was from the uae. since 9-11, ive wondered many times what he ended up doing. last i heard, he was getting paid fifty grand a year to play video games all day.
regarding the jerks, at least those whose religion i know? christian, by an enormous margin. mostly protestants.
3 – real quick about drone bombings of whatever… sucks for them, but the intent is to kill a legit enemy combatant; usually a member of the command structure, which is a damned effective way of hindering them. whatever the special events were supposed to be, most of the people there were aware that they were sitting next to a target.
4 – pats racial folderol… cant dig it. you got wit, pat, but in my opinion, you waste it too often. railing on about racist shit, it just irks my nerves.
dont get me wrong, youre the shit and all, jus, ya know.
5 – the best part.
as ltb can attest, i am the classic ectomorph. i weigh exactly as much now as i did when i was nineteen [well, maybe give or take a few kilos].
i order two pizzas for the party [to have my own], i murder the buffets, and i lose weight when i exhale.
sorry, heavy guys. cant help it.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

This is my major problem with drone strikes: It takes the humanity out of war. Yes, the ability to use drones is AMAZING for our military because that means less of our citizens have to go and die, and they are even more precise now than anything in the past. I can understand and admit that. But at the same time, losing the human and face to face aspect makes it a hell of a lot easier for someone to press that button. It doesn’t matter how many kids are there, how many civilians are there, or how many innocent people are there. I think it is also wrong to send a drone strike, then to send ANOTHER strike when people in the community come to assist those injured or killed. That in my mind is similar to the plane hitting the second tower, except they intentionally target people who are trying to help. We are all still human beings…
I just wish people would try and understand WHY people think the way they do sometimes, it would make the world a hell of a lot better place.
Also, to respond to some of your other points: Yeah, I’m a bitch I know that. I’ve spent time in Peru and Cameroon, and (at least in Cameroon) even the wealthier families have it worse off than me.
Regarding religion: One of the weirdest experiences I had was when I was in Cameroon. In Cameroon, those of Christian, Muslim, and Traditional Religious beliefs get along wonderfully. They don’t really give a fuck what you believe, there, as long as you believe SOMETHING. Nobody I talked to could fathom the idea of someone NOT having a religion, and it was interesting.
I also had an interesting discussion with my host father about the topic of gay marriage. They hate gay people in many parts of Africa a lot worse than we can imagine, but at least he was civil about it. People who let discussions devolve into arguments do not know how to communicate effectively.

warfare is a beautiful thing, and there is no rules.
If you need to find someone who is adept at hiding, go grab his mum and i guarantee you hes going to turn up when she has a unfortunate accident fall down the stairs and is in hospital. all you gotta do is grab him when he comes to the hospital and your peachy.
After that a blow torch, a pair of bolt cutters and a few medical supplies and you can pretty much hunker down for a good ol fashioned torture session.
i support any form or terror if it helps destroy your enemy. the germans, vietnamese, hanky heads were/are all bloody brilliant at it too. your ameericans are smart enough for the blitzkrieg effect. you have too many morals.

Cameroon must be quite the interesting place. Of course, I would never go there. Africa scares the shit out of me. I have a feeling all my bad karma is waiting for me over there.
Smart man. I plan on hitting up Ghana one of these days, but mostly cuz I know alot of people from there with family there. Same with Senegal…Still too hot for me there though id imagine. I hear Ethiopia is nice in parts as well…
