J should start by drinking water all the time, that takes no effort and starts to flush shit out pretty good. But it’s like a previous post said, J’s gotta want to do it himself. I know I’m late to the party too, but what kind of ignorant ass statement is “There are no fat Mexicans”? lol. I guess I see an abundance of them being from Texas…but we have fat EVERYTHING down here. I guess you’ve never been to Texas, or Colorado, or California, or New Mexico, or Arizona, or anywhere other than the New England area, right?

I have been to every US state, even if it was just driving through, except for Alaska and Hawaii. In all fairness, I only drove through a little bit of northern Texas, so I didn’t really get the Texas experience. I always wanted to get down there and see what it’s all about, just never got around to it. No sir, i’ve been to almost all our fine states, even made it to other countries more than a few times too. And you know what? Never seen a fat Mexican. Ever. You must be hiding them all in Texas, but to be fair, isn’t everything bigger around your way? Sure, maybe there’s a few on Earth somewhere, but i’ve never seen ’em. Asians aren’t normally fat either, but they do have sumo wrestlers. Not many though. Anyways, I stand by my earlier statement, because i’ve never seen a fat Mexican.

My favorite breakfast item is Texas toast made into French toast with a side of bacon. I ordered that when cruising through Texas, six huge pieces of toast and a pound of bacon.
I went to school with a Mexican kid that everyone called gravity, dude was seriously an even 5 foot tall and almost 4 foot wide, he broke the toilet at the high school. Gravity ironically died about 10 years by choking on some food at a Chinese buffet.
