What I know is that the constant bitching has got me fed up.  No, @scruffy hasn’t contacted me about this for months.  You will stop at nothing until you get your way, and that’s not how I roll when I pay the bills.  We have tried several tactics, and I’ve bent over backwards to try to keep you, a guy I’m pretty sure I don’t even like, at bay with the complaints.

Even when things were running smoothly, you had to slip in your jabs towards scruffy until you just went full-blown asshole again.

So now, I’m leaving it up to the active users of the forums.  Is banning @the_positive_smack justified at this time?  Do you want to see him go?  Do you want to see him stay?  Do you dislike him and what he brings to the forum but still think this is going too far? I’m running this like an election, so whatever you guys say goes.  I’ve got a week set for the poll.  I’d love to hear your comments below.

All I gotta say is everybody here is an asshole in their own way. This is a juggalo forum. I don’t believe anybody should be banned and I don’t think anybody should have their posts deleted (unless asked for or if it derails threads with nonsense behavior) which Smack has done in a bunch of threads. I just don’t think banning is the answer but what do I know? I’m only on the forums 3x a week if that so I don’t see much of everything that goes on in here. Like, Tidwell left? I am open to another solution if it gets the point across. My only major concern is how can mods and smack guarantee that the spamming multiple threads with massive amounts of shit will never happen again?

Scruffy left him alone for nearly a week and this guy still talked shit about Scruffy. That’s when Scruffy said fuck it and started deleting shit again.

Smack said and these are his own words “I am not going to stop until they un-mod scruffy”.

Sure Scruffy needs to get a sense of humor but does he really deserve to have his mod rights taken away?

As for what Smack deserves…..YES, he absolutely DESERVES to get banned. But is that the only option? That is an entirely different question. What is going on in his head personally? Where is he at mentally? Can he stop? Or would this just be another chance he was given and he blows it?

That is all up for interpretation but ultimately the forum has spoken. I don’t think there is a single person who is active that has not had a chance to vote. It is all on ScottieD and Scruffy, no offense to other mods but those are the two that should take it from here. Scruffy is the supposed major victim and ScottieD has been the one dealing with this lovers quarrel for a while now.

Personally, If I can not get some sort of guarantee I say fuck it. I am tired of threads getting absolutely ruined because Smack has no self control.

And ANYONE who gives that guarantee and fails to deliver should be held accountable. I am serious it is not even funny anymore. It has become an everyday thing and if it weren’t for a few people I wouldn’t even log on anymore because I can get this same type of behavior on some random 4chan style site.
