Personally, 99% of the time I just don’t find the guy funny.. a lot of what he says reminds me of Family Guy/American Dad humor and I just can’t stand that shit.

That said, I give the guy ten minutes before he starts in on wanting to bump uglies with me.

I may be wrong, but that’s generally how I’ve seen the expression used in the past.   

That does seem to be a front-line battle, from what a person can legally ingest to (in cases like Canada with speech codes) what a person can legally say. Here’s to a well-informed democracy.
