Don’t blame them. Technically to Christians putting a satanic statue next to the 10 commandments would be a form of blasphemy.

On the Tranny issue, as much as I think that penises go in the penis bathroom and vaginas go in the vagina bathroom, I really don’t give a fuck.
Trannies have been around for years, I have never really put too much thought or care into what bathroom they should use until now. That’s because it’s not really that big of a deal.

EDIT: I find it more an annoyance as I know my wife will not use the bathroom if she feels uncomfortable so I see myself driving around town looking for a non-tranny bathroom often. once it becomes common place.

To be fair we ALL know these actions while claiming to promote “tolerance” is simply a way to give Christians a middle finger. It is like a child not wanting to do the dishes but you threaten them with grounding so they do he dishes and do them very shitty.
Any semi-educated person knows that if you put what a Christian believes is a “false idol” next to a symbol of their religion that they have to remove their symbol. It is simply a way to push people around. Either the Christians leave their symbol there and are hypocrites by allowing association with false idolism or they remove their symbol and are forced back in the shadows like common criminals. Either way they lose.

I don’t think any religion wants their idol to be around a false idol, but I didn’t know that it was that blasphemous. So they probably didn’t know either being as Hindus, Muslims and Atheists are not Christian.
Plus, what would an atheist monument be? Richard Dawkins? A vegan monument would probably be a smiling cow with dreads giving you two thumbs up. Hardly blasphemous, since veganism isn’t a religion nor does it have idols.

Actually, most of the Utah population is very pro weed. And our support for Bernie Sanders vastly out numbered the support for Donald Trump here. This is surprisingly a Sanders state. BY THE WAY: I am a Christian with an extensive juvenile criminal past (locked up 13-17) and the ONLY place that would allow me to start my own practice even though I had the education to do so was a church. I now council and have changed the lives of many abuse victims including those abused by police,parents or even a church member. All because my church gave me a chance. You can not put all organized religion in the same box. We are not the same people. We are all different.
If you do so you are no better then the FBI when they categorized juggalos and tried to put us in a box. Sure there are those extremists but most churches really try to help others and get stuff done.
As for Mormons controlling a state. It will always be like that in a democracy as they are the majority that votes. Outvote them or move are the min options sadly. What makes the US great also makes it frustrating.

In all seriousness, however, the religioous beliefs behind the church that gave you a chance mean NOTHING. It is the POLICIES of the domicile and the individuals, the luck and persistence on your behalf, and the randomness of the universe that left to them being THE ONLY PLACE THAT’S WOULD TAKE YOU IN. Don’t think too deeply about their Godly practices. There are millions of non-Christian charities and people that would’ve helped you out. You are assigning ethereal powers to these people.
Just because they happened to be the ones at the time to give you a chance means NOTHING. If it were a Muslim group, a Tea Party Transsexual Commitee, an Atlantean Fish Mutant Singalong Squad, or a secretly wealthy transient, THEY would be the force that you now seem so grateful for. There is NOTHING special about the fact that they are an organized religion that you felt comfy enough with to join up.
By force out, I say that THE RELIGIOUS AFFILIATIONS of this group is irrelevant to your progress. That part serves no purpose.
