I don't sweat standing up, but then again, I take my time doing it. I've had cancer, twice. It's in remission but it will probably come back, or so they tell me. Ever notice how we pay doctors to just totally ruin and fuck up our day? Anyways, that's why I say fuck that exercise shit. If you ever get cancer you probably won't give a fuck either. I know cancer will kill me, you guys are still guessing. I'd take getting hit by a meteorite anyday over that shit.

Sorry to hear about your struggles with cancer, pat, and glad to hear you're sticking around at the same time, but you can beat that shit if it's hiding or whatever right now. Some die from it without knowing they had it and others get the full blown, everywhere in the body type shit like my grandmother, and then it disappears. It doesn't always mean the end for you. You have a great attitude and I respect the hell out of you for that , cause way too many people do nothing but complain when they ain't got shit wrong with them. Sorry I called you a hater on here before - legitimately, I owe you that ...cause I popped off on you for like 3 posts you made cause I was pissed at myself.

Ive been trying to lose waight since mid Dec. of last year and i have been doing really well according to the doctors. ive lost 20 lbs since Dec.. I first started doing just 45 min. of walking around my hood then i moved on to a treadmill and weights and now i will not stop untill i have done at least a mile or a lil over plus wieghts. I try not to eat til i cant breath anymore and i dont eat super late any more. No more 3 am stuffed crust pizza ventures and when i eat at a buffet i try to limit myself to where im content not bursting to the point of vomit.
Ive also began to eat more veggies with my meals, broccli, carrots, green beans, salads u know anything green Not WEED tho. hahaha
Anyway ive been doing this since mid Dec. and ive been seeing results The pants are fitting a lil looser and the shirts too so i would encourage you to do that so drop some weight. I exercise 3 times a week for a about an hour each session.
Changing your diet up is central to losing but its not only about that u got to totally change the way u live because its about stop being a lazy dude and getting up and using ur time to benefit you instead of time kicking ur body around. Its hard at first but u got to train ur pallette to accept certain flavors because they are good for ur body and will break down things and make other things move. If u have to set up a daily routine and stick to it cuz it will work if you put the effort.
O and try to drink only water and no sugar if u are drinking Tea use Splenda or Sweet and low or Stevia to give it some sweetness. I would also try a meal replacement shake for one of your meals and eventually gong to 2 shakes and a regular meal. Sanck on fruits and stay far away from the bread but its okay to treat urself once and a while. I hope this helps with ur wieght loss.

Thats good to hear man.I've been doin the same since dec.2011 and lost 75 lbs. I walk on the treadmill everyday for 2.5 mi. try to eat healthier with chicken,veg,brown rice,brown pasta,more organic shit.I feel a lot better than I did, mentally and physically.I stopped drinking,quit smoking ciggs,gotta blaze that herb though,I quit taking my anti-depression meds.Eating better and exercise really helps with depression and my overall mood.I still fuck up now and then and eat five guys or some shit but once in awhile wont kill you.Its tough to do and like you said preachy,you have to change the way you live and think about things,just be more conscience of what ur doing to yourself.

Mos Def it feels good when ur done Working Out and ur all sweaty and u just accomplished a minor goal on the way to ur big goal. And it gives u more enegry it seems like U just need a goal and maybe someone to help u out with the type of foods to eat at first but for me i thought i wanted someone with me when i first started but i soon found out i am a lone ranger when it comes to working out. I get into this zone where i blank out and begin breathing a certain way where if someone distracted me i wouldnt do as well.
