one, dont take anything they say as being set in stone. theyll tell you pretty much whatever, if it ends with you in uniform.
two, make them buy you lunch as many times as possible. a free meal [or three] for a hungry youth has filled many a quota.

Of course mister Marine to be will say go Marine or go home…and Novo thinks all American military are less then their Australian counterparts so idk how much weight you should let their opinions hold. When I was considering military service I was going to go with the Airforce…as they get nicer things then the Army/Navy. IDK which service most jaggalos get into though…id ask your jaggalo homies what they do.

Better is a vague term but I have no delusion that I could change your mind so arguing is pointless. The guard serves a different role for society and it does its part…so it is quite defendable.
