Candidates for moderation I have in mind would be Luccem, Punk Rock Juggalo, Slum, and Scruffaluffagus, although Scruff practically already turned himself down on the matter.

I think scruffy would be a good moderator, but he stated he wasn’t the best for the job. He should reconsider in my opinion, but I’m not the one who would be doing the job, so it’s really up to him. Punkrockjuggalo would be good, as well as ill, or lucem. I personally think slumerican would be perfect, smart dude who’s on here everyday, consider it. That is all.

not so much that i would turn it down, just that there are negative aspects to consider, and i figured i should be honest.
there are negatives for just about everyone, though.
one other thing, would it have to be just one person upped? two?
if i collate these votes where there are multiple choices, id have to weight them accordingly.

I think a majority vote would be a fair way to settle it on both fronts…Though I know it will be ultimately up to Scottie. I just wish I could have seen the thread. I don't like giving definitive answers. I put out some names of members I find to be generally agreeable and level about most things, I didn't throw out just one name 'cause for all I know I could put my one vote on a muthafucka who don't even want to be a mod. Keeping options open.

Yeah, I'd say that's correct.
Also, for the record, I feel like changing my opinion from “if Warlock abused his mod-powers he should be outed” to “Warlock should be outed” because apparently including the word IF is an invitation to interpret my vote being in favor of Warlock. It ain't.

Very good point..If PRJ didn't wanna do it I can dig scruff as the moderator. I'd be happy with any majority vote….I can do it too, but i'm in the same boat as scruff. I never know if I'll have the bread to pay the ISP bill
