Actually yeah moderation would work. The "anything" goes type of thought is what killed this forum. The "protect our freedom of speech" which technically isn't something that can be protected by a website also helped in killing it. But the actual work of maintaining a functioning forum is more beneficial to juggalos than allowing this forum to stay dead the way it is. It's the few people fighting to bring this forum back to something that wasn't just vaccine, politics and some Scottish guys obsession with soy based products.
