My freinds little brother is 17. He dropped out of school because he thinks it’s boring. He made one half assed attempt to get a job and claimed nobody wants to hire him because he doesn’t have a GED or high school diploma and brcause of his peircings. He is perfectly aware that he could go back to high school at sny moment but chooses not to. I tried to help him by taking him to this youth program but he stopped going. He is lazy, he dorsn’t do anything other thsn play video games. He is making excuses to sit on his ass and bitches about how life isn’t fair because nobody will hire him. He begs for “equality” because he is too lazy to get around these miner obsticles.

i honestly would throw his ass out on the street. he can have equality, with the homeless.

@LTB – yeah everything you said is pretty much true hahaha, we are a country of blue collar hillbillies. the funny thing is that where i live (Perth WA) the average income is like 85k a year. prices on everything are stupid high becasue we are a mining state. the average house price is actually one of the highest median prices in the world (the average house (4×2 with a back yard) costs around 500,000 in a average area). last time i looked we were in the top 10 most expensive places to live. i bought my current property for 335k in a middle lower class area because there were some things wrong adn i screwed the agent down 50k.  

Thats nucking futz right there. Is the average income cus u guys r thinned out? Less people = higher average? I hear Australia has like the most uninhabited land of any similarly advanced country. or r things so expensive cus of onflation? How’s the value of the aussie dollar goin?

Actually its all fucked up because of the mining ‘fly in fly out’ industry, starting wages up north as a tradesmean assistant is like 120 grand a year. and i know a few guys who work 7day on 7 days off who are pulling 350k + a year. its throws the average out teh window.

im personally on 55k a year, but i have alot of static income from other business ventures ( i take 20% profit from a few coffee houses, a bar and a resturaunt) which lands me a mid range 6 figure sum per annum.

the value of the aussie dollar has dropped heaps recently. about a eyar ago i was like 1.15 AUD to 1USD but now i think its down around 90c:1d.

My first job was peeling potatos/carrots for an italians families fruit and veg distribution business. i did that along with other assorted jobs for like 4 years (i started part time work hella young because my family didnt have any moeny). i think in my entire working career ( since like 97, i didnt work for maybe 18 months recently because i wanted to retire from the daily girnd) ive had well over 50 – 60 jobs in different industries. ive worked 20 hour days before, going to work during teh day adn helping run food vendors at night time. i tried not working but it drove me bonkers hahaha. 

I STILL have no clue what the fuck this thread is about. Beyond my grasp
