Maybe im reading too much into this, but I think they know j isn’t himself. We all do. I think they’ve become older and wise enough to see things from his perspective a little bit and see that they really hurt him. I think this was them saying “we DO still remember where we came from, and we do still appreciate it” in some small way.
Of course, this could just be wishful thinking on my part

But just 6 months ago I had Jamie Madrox yelling in my ear for the venue to quote, “Turn that fucking shit off” multiple times because the venue was playing an ICP song off of a Juggalo playlist that was probably on Spotify.
I want this all to stop, too, but I don’t see that happening

Personally I’m not a fan of skipping features during FULL album sets. Just let the fans sing it, like twiztid here.. I see this as giving the fans what they want. Not trying to get back on good terms with ICP.. the fact they just stole the 3HM gimmick(& admitted it) shows they still wanna get under his skin..

I feel like this was a cool thing to do IF there wasn’t any beef. Basically Twiztid were dicks and went, what? 5+ years without apologizing or trying to make things right. This seems like a hollow gesture based on that alone.
I wish this was all just over and done with but I don’t see it. They played his verse because it’s a dope verse and people probably would think it was lame not hearing it.
