Earlier this morning, DJ Clay had posted on his official social media outlets that this upcoming Thursday, November 18th, he will have Violent J on his Twitch stream (dubbed The Claystation) at 8PM EST. DJ Clay launched his stream earlier this year as he has interacted with viewers while playing an assortment of games. It’s possible that Violent J will simply be hanging around, but it’s also possible he’ll jump into a game as well.

DJ Clay was involved with Psychopathic Records starting in 2006, touring alongside Shaggy 2 Dope. After being signed in 2007, he released numerous mixtapes, such as the four Let ’em Bleed volumes, the two Book of the Wicked volumes, and his last multiple-artist mixtape A World Upside Down in 2013. The mixtapes featured nearly the entire Psychopathic roster while also making appearances on the charts (most notably the second Let ’em Bleed peaking at #156 on the Billboard 200). After releasing the electronica/dubstep/bounce/turntablism mixtape The Sidewayz Room in 2017, DJ Clay departed from Psychopathic to focus on his own label, Armed Robbery Ent. He released his first full-length solo album Over the Fear Of… in 2019.

Seems like everybody forgets about dj clay. Personally wish he was still on Psy. He left to do his own thing nothing wrong w that.
Since ppl been bringing up lately how “nobody got paid” and “violent j is a controlling prick” never heard any complaints from clay, him and Psy still been cool all these years. Funny.
Anyway I don’t like watching ppl play games, rather just be gaming myself. Might check this out tho if I remember.

Wasn’t he a friend of Shaggs before he got signed? If this is true then that’s why we never heard anything. I absolutely support the clowns but violent j has always been the decision maker of the group. I think he is still salty and i can understand his not wanting to work with mne, but this whole beef thing just needs to end. We need to become a family again. Even if there is never a collaboration again at least stop the back and forth shit. Back to the original post, I’m definitely going to peep this. Btw, Clay’s hot sauce was fire imo. Yeah I know alot of ninjas didn’t care for his sound but imo he had his fair share of nice beats. Also I like how is sound was way different than what Psy was doing before hand. I also feel like he never got to reach his potential either. I think if he would of stuck around longer he’d be responsible for some classic bangers. 1 of my favorite beats he did was that song that he did w tech, lets ride I think it was called. That beat still hits to this day.

His beats are super dope and fits ICP well in my opinion. “Frankenstein” comes to mind and the remix of “I Shot a Hater.” Just so long as he doesn’t rap.. ever.

Hell fuckin yeah I agree 100. I really thought for sure he was gonna produce a 2nd deck card for sure. Sadly never happened but there’s still hope. Dj clay is dope fr, wish he was involved musicly w Psy more. Kind of a shame that he’s not tbh
