C Daddy Sickness of Enasnimi Passes Away

A heavy dosage of staleness recently impacted the underground music scene. C Daddy Sickness, one half of the duo Enasnimi, passed away earlier today. He was previously locked into a coma over the past several weeks, until the news broke about his death today.

C Daddy Sickness (real name Charlie Woodward) was involved in the music scene for over a decade prior to his passing, mainly as a member of Enasnimi next to his brother Rellik. Their latest mixtape was released in 2019, titled The Purge. They had a long tenure on the scene, as they played live alongside other artists such as DJ Clay, Axe Murder Boyz, Anybody Killa, Lyte, and many others. They also had made official appearances at The Gathering as well. In the studio, Enasnimi collaborated with numerous acts, such as Bloodstepp, Project Born, Mars, and more.

Everyone here at Faygoluvers is saddened by the loss of such a creative individual, and we extend our condolences to his family and friends. You can look back at C Daddy Sickness’ career via visiting Enasnimi’s official Facebook page or by checking out their last release.

As a quick tribute, I wanted to share something from the past. I watched Enasnimi perform for the first time back in 2014 while in Cleveland. My review of the show was published merely a few months after officially joining FLH. I had written this at the time:

After him was the duo of Enasnimi. The two dudes with dreads exploded onto the scene and was very talented. Although one of the two members (I’m not familiar with the names) attempted to sing in a high-pitched voice, they still sounded pretty good. I liked their low-tone style and towards the end they did an acappella with basically the beat of the mic. They also did their own renditions of Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson, which sounded unique.

Sadly, I never got the chance to formally meet them afterwards. R.I.P.

Note from Scottie: I also wanted to personally pay my respects to Charlie. We officially met under the most unique of circumstances, but for years after we always met with so much love and respect for one another. This loss hits close to home, and I can’t imagine the pain that his brother (Harry aka Rellik), his daughters, and the rest of his loved ones are feeling right now.  Please take the time to send your love and condolences to them.  Rest in Peace homie.

Note from Steven Eli: We; Kachina Eli, Jackie Gardee, Daniel Lewis and Steven Eli II were making our way to the Gathering of the Juggalos. It was taking place at Cave-In-Rock Ill. This year while we were on our Long 2000+ Mile Drive, we had to take a detour due to the Weather causing a Flood on our Normal route. Along the way of the Detour, we stopped off at a Small Gas Station in some small town. We ran into some Juggalos who were looking to make it to the Gathering as well. They were lost and looking for help. We told them that we were on our way to the Gathering of the Juggalos too, they could just follow us.

This was the beginning of our Friendship with Enasnimi. At the time, we didn’t know that they were Rapper’s or even going to be performing at the Gathering of the Juggalos. We just saw that they had Washington License Plate and they were Juggalos so we decided to have them follow us so that they would make it to the Gathering of the Juggalos.

We made it to the Gathering of the Juggalos and we all went our separate ways. We would run into them here and there throughout the Gathering of the Juggalos, we would Dap it up, do the Bro Hugs and all and say what’s up. Then they let us know that they were performing and when and were. We went and supported them because they became HOMIES to us. After that Gathering, we kept in touch and they would let us know when they would be performing in Seattle, they opened for Anybody Killa, Twiztid, Tech N9ne, Axe Murder Boys. And we would do our best to make it up North to Seattle to watch them perform, because they were the Homies and we supported them.

Anytime they were performing at the Gathering of the Juggalos and we were there, we would make sure to show up and support them because again they were Homies. Anytime we saw them it was nothing but Love, Hugs and Daps. We congratulated them on their Purge CD Release and you know we had to buy copies to show our love and support for them. We ordered their “E” Charms as well as their “E” Patches all to show them love and Support.

I know that this Loss comes hard for the Enasnimi Crew and he will be greatly Missed by his Friends, Family and Children. May we be fortunate enough to see him in Shangri-La when our time comes. Until then, I hope he spreads his Angel Wings from up above to help Protect his Friends, Family and Children. Whoop!Whoop! MMFWCL! This one hurt our Yakama Juggalo Crew and cut deep because it was always fun seeing them when we did. I am so glad that we were a small part of his Life Journey and hope that the Family, Friends and Children are ok.
