ICP’s “Falling Apart” Music Video debuts on Billboard.com

As advertised, the new video for the Insane Clown Posse track “Falling Apart” has debuted at Billboard.com!  It’s a storytelling track, and the video accompanies the story nicely.  The video only features Violent J, and was directed by Ryan Archibald who also directed such Juggalo classics as Twiztid‘s “HA HA HA HA”ICP‘s “Juggalo Island”, and Blaze Ya Dead Homie‘s “Dead Man Walking”.

Check out the write-up that Billboard.com gave the video, and watch it direct from Faygoluvers below.

From Billboard.com:

Insane Clown Posse has built a brand out of their well-documented history of industry and critical dismissals. For more than a decade, the horrorcore harlequins have proudly anointed themselves “most hated band in the world,” but that may no longer be entirely true: The Marvelous Missing Link (Lost), the first of two released companion albums ICP released in 2015, debuted at No. 17 on the Billboard 200 — higher than Blur’s The Magic Whip, which came out that same week.

Ten months later, ICP shares the video — which Billboard is premiering exclusively — for Lost’s single “Falling Apart,” a horrorcore ballad about psychological — and physical — fragility.

“We couldn’t afford to show all my body parts falling off without looking cheesy,” says Violent J about the video’s concept, which features him losing an eyeball, spitting up blood, and dropping a leg. There’s also a close-up of some B-movie vomit made of creamed corn and ketchup — and a kidney.” A human kidney? “A cow’s kidney!” he says, laughing. “A human kidney would be pretty fucked up.”

Watch the video for “Falling Apart” below.

Good shit! Probably my favorite video since Fonz Pond. I much prefer the simpler music vids that focuses more on the artist rapping than visuals.
