A huge announcement has been made tonight about the Gathering of the Juggalos! Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, and Dark Lotus have all been confirmed as Big Top Stage performers. Psychopathic Rydas have been confirmed as Carousel Stage performers.

Look, we’ve all moved from job to job at some point (if not you, that’s incredible, write a book on how to do that). They didn’t just move companies, they created their own. Now that’s successful. My wife owns a business, and I’m sure some of her best employees are hoping to one day branch off and make more money and write their own schedules. It’ll hurt because its the most successful, ambitious ones that will take that awesome risk. If Monoxide makes a comment about someone’s kid messing with his audio while he’s in the studio, that isn’t personal at all—that’s just another motivator in their decision to be their own boss.
Think about you, and where you are right now in life. If you worked hard enough to be your own boss, which means make more money, spend more time with your family (no pun intended) and basically write your own schedule day-to-day, would you? And if you did, and you worked at the same company for 15 years prior to that, wouldn’t it kind of piss you off if everyday people were like, “c’mon man be honest, you hated your boss.”
Sorry about the soapbox, but I’m really passionate about these Psychoapthic artists (which will always include Twiztid) and I want to make sure my fellow Juggalos are 100% open-minded to that fact that we aren’t losing out on anything…for Pete’s sake, I was more upset when Twiztid stopped doing Hallowicked a decade ago :(

That’s the truth.
I miss Twiztid, but I want them to be around forever and love what they’re doing. If their passion is running a label and not just being one of the artists, then so be it.

Hopefully Boondox performs with the Rydas this year. Also hope to see if some more news about Tha Hav Knots drops, or they do a set. But glad to see those 4 confirmed though. Hope to see Twiztids festival kick off this year.
