Unfortunately the good news coming out about Juggalos can not last forever. With that being said, i bring you a negative story involving a police shooting. Jared Rosskelley, a 31 year old man from Taylorsville, was shot by the police who were responding to a disturbance at his home. According to reports as police arrived they encountered Jared in the driveway with a handgun. After a brief verbal altercation, police say they felt threatened, so they opened fire and shot Jared. Police immediately administered first aid and Rosskelley was taken to the hospital. You can read one of the news stories and find a link to another one below.

TAYLORSVILLE (ABC4 News) – A man was shot and wounded by Salt Lake Unified Police officers in the driveway of his Mother’s house Friday morning, according to UPD Detective Jared Richardson. 31 year Jared Rosskelley was listed in serious condition at Intermountain Medical Center as of Friday afternoon.
Det. Richardson told ABC4 News that the call came in as an argument at the residence at 5514 South Ridgecrest Drive (3410 West) at 10:18 am. Richardson says the officers encountered Rosskelley in the driveway with a handgun. He exchanged words with the officers and when they felt threatened they opened fire. The UPD officers then immediately administered first aid and Rosskelley was taken away in an ambulance.
Unified Police obtained a search warrant at 1:30 pm and were still processing the scene as of 5:30 pm. Sheriff Jim Winder told media members that police had been called to disturbances at the house before.
A neighbor who spoke to ABC4 News described Rosskelley as a “Juggalo”, a follower of the rap group Insane Clown Posse. Another neighbor who wanted to be anonymous said she had seen Rosskelley walking barefoot and acting strangely on Thursday.
“He was wearing like, a costume with a clown mask walking around,” the woman said. “I had never seen him before…Maybe he had some kind of mental disability. He just looked like somebody you don’t want in your neighborhood.”

Fucked up cops, man. Protect and serve my ass. They just killed a fucking guy by me. Choked him to death. 5 cops standing around while he’s on the ground being choked saying, “I can’t breathe… I can’t breathe.” then they take his pulse like, 10 times, once per minute. Standing around like impotent pricks. then they fucking put his dead ass on a stretcher and try to play it off. Coroner says he died from choking. Now they’re trying to criminalize everyone who was there. Guy that filmed it was arrested this morning for possession of a deadly weapon. Fucking please. This is how you get a riot. Heroes my fucking ass. Nothing but useless fucking pigs.

They were doing more than just choking him, they held him down by pinning his face to the sidewalk with an officer’s knee. This case is considered a homicide nonetheless… thankfully.
