As we found out yesterday, lawyers representing the Justice Department, ACLU, and ICP were in court to discuss a motion that was filed on behalf of the FBI. A ruling on that motion should be coming in late July.
Today, Michael Steinberg of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan posted a short video discussing what took place in court. You can this video below.
