So, by now, most of us have heard ICP‘s Forgotten Freshness Vol. 5. If so, then you heard the track ICP did with Project Pat called “I’m An Alien“. Well I discovered something I thought was interesting so I thought I would share it with y’all. In the song description in the booklet, it says that a couple of years ago, somebody had sent them a copy of the song & it was labeled “Project Pat & ICP“. ICP got online & looked around, but could not find that Project Pat song anywhere, at the time, so they recorded their verses & tried to send it back, but could not get a hold of Project Pat. They even hit up Project Pat‘s brother, Three 6 Mafia member Juicy J, but Juicy didn’t know how to get a hold of him at the time either, so they just put the song in their vaults until Forgotten Freshness 5 was set to be released.

Well, I was online just surfing around the internet, when I came across the same Project Pat song, but with no ICP. It turns out, last year in 2012, in October, Project Pat & a rapper known as Nasty Mane did an album together called “Belly On Full 2“, & it features the song “I’m An Alien” but with Nasty Mane rapping on it instead of ICP. My guess is since ICP couldn’t get a hold of Project Pat, Pat probably thought ICP didn’t want to do the song with him & just released it without them. I still like the ICP version better, but that’s me. Here is the other version with Nasty Mane so y’all can see which version y’all like better:

The way I see it, I consider this version a remix, because Project Pat original intended for ICP to be on the track.
