With insane production from UGS Member Skinny Maine the perfect backdrop is set for a murdering, cannibalistic, lyrical rapist known as Dr. Kafar.  Extreme artwork by veteran graphic artist Devil Siccx adds to the project even more and makes it that much more offensive to stupid bitches and faggots.

For over a year people have been wondering what Dr. K.A.F.A.R. (K.illin A.ll F.aggot A.zz R.apperz)  was going to do, where he was going to show up, and who he was going to brutalize. After last years “Strange Psychopath” which was a  brutal diss aimed at Tech N9ne, ICP, Hopsin, and even the CEO of Strange Music Travis O’Guin, the Doctor has been in the studio preparing his introduction into the Horrorcore Genre of Rap with the new album “No Anesthesia” 

Dr. KAFAR is actually an alter-ego of Chicago early Gangsta Rap Pioneer Badblack315 which was created to go after the Lame-Stream side of the industry which force feeds the people dumbed down ignorant simple rap with no substance or meaning.

Badblack315 has always been a brutal rapper speaking on gritty street tales mixed with brutal lyrical artillery. The Dr. KAFAR alias is just another side of him that is as gory and brutal as possible and absolutely nothing is off limits.

The content of the album is degrading, insulting, disgusting, filthy, and down right OFFENSIVE! The swaggotz of the rap game are no longer safe and if you go to a Dr. Kafar show you better cuff your bitch because his favorite food is of the female anatomy. In addition to Brains and Quiche the Doctor also loves Uterus Tacos among other disgusting things.

With tracks like “Twisted Testicles” , “I’ll Take Your Life”, “Sodomy” , and “Brainz-N-Quiche” Dr. Kafar’s “No Anesthesia” is sure to disgust even the nastiest motherfuckers alive!
