Myzery debuts “See You When I Get There” music video!

For those of you who have been following along, Myzery and his camp have sent us periodic press releases on current happenings with his career.  In the last article that we posted about him, the main subject of it was that they were working on the finishing touches of a new music video that paid homage to three legends of hip-hop: Tupac, Notorious BIG, and Big Pun.  The video has wrapped, and is making its official debut here!  So with that said, check out the press release about it below, and then peep the brand new, long-awaited Myzery music video for the track “See You When I Get There”!

MYZERY PAYS HOMAGE TO RAP LEGENDS- TUPAC, BIGGIE, & BIG PUN IN HIS NEWEST MUSIC VIDEO- “SEE YOU WHEN I GET THERE”…

So if you’ve been following the updates at Faygoluvers, than you know how much of a big deal the launch of this video is to MYZERY and the whole crew.  While rappers & music videos are nothing new to the industry, ones that are designed to remind us of more than just- an album’s release date, the artist’s wealth, or the newest fashion trends, are well…becoming somewhat of a lost art.  Where are the days when videos intrigued us with foreign concepts (think WU-TANG and CO.) or allowed us to revisit some fond thoughts that have been long tucked away in some distant corner of our minds?  While it’s expected that with each new era, a new style of music video will be spawned…but does that mean that the nonconformists can’t keep it real and actually produce the vision that the song was written about?  Hell no!  Throughout Myzery’s career he’s been guilty of one major mistake that’s hampered his status, and yes, that same mistake is also his greatest attribute.  It’s his defiant nature and sole intent to create what he’s actually passionate about, with zero regard to industry trends.

So now that you’re aware of Myz’s unapologetic approach to the rap game, let’s talk the greatest rappers of all-time, who also happen to be the subject matter of MYZERY’s directorial music video debut- “SEE YOU WHEN I GET THERE”.  Have these 3 musicians ever influenced a sea of rappers, who’ve since earned a living from emulating their craft?  Well, that goes without saying.  But have they been given the proper homage that’s owed to them?  Yes and no.  I mean you can’t go to the mall without seeing a slew of kiosks selling shirts with Biggie and Tupac’s images plastered all over them.  And most rap artists who have ever dropped and album have referenced or created some clever wordplay through recycling bits of their most famous lyrics.  However, and with the exception of musical genius’s like SHOCK-G (whose currently penning a book on Pac’s influence on the entire music business), no artists have ever even come close to dedicating a truly selfless celebration of these 3 late great artists that have unquestionably shaped the music industry forever.

Well, that’s all about to change with the release of Myzery’s newest music video.  And while most videos are geared to sell albums or create more awareness for the artist to bank off of, this video was created simply for the love of the icons that fueled Myzery’s dream to pick up a pen & pad…when glock’s and baggies seemed like a much simpler reality for this hard-knocks Bronx native (hence the name Myzery).  While the 2Pac hologram performance (alongside SNOOP) was the closest thing we’ll ever experience to witnessing Pac’s presence again, Myzery’s main focus  here was to showcase all 3 Legends with a video that’s completely saturated with their spirit, and their actual spirits as well.  While that last comment might read a little odd, it’ll all make sense once you’ve witnessed the actual video.  So please, to all of you Myzery fans, and ESPECIALLY all of us hip hop heads out there, we invite you, no we urge you to watch this video and experience for yourself a true dedication to those icons who managed to inspire each and every generation after them.  Nobody ever did it better than these 3, and nobody ever will.  And now, MYZERY proudly presents to you the official “SEE YOU WHEN I GET THERE” music video!!!

And now, here’s the debut of Myzery’s latest vid:

Myzery has the most ridiculous press releases in the game. I’ve always been a fan, but even I have a hard time getting through them. Why didn’t he just give his best to Biggie, Pac and Pun when he faked his own death? Weren’t those three in fake heaven? Saying no one ever put it down better than these three is blasphemy, Myz should stick to making music and leave the PR work to people who have skills. C-

Myzery didn’t fake his death, he said in an interview he was thru rapping & Myzery was dead to him, somebody took the “myzery’s dead” part & either misread it or decided to troll people & it spread like the plague that he was dead.

Myzery did die. He met Tupac and Biggie. He sucked Tupac’s dick while Biggie fucked him in the ass.

That’s when Big Pun walked in and said, “Ooh, a banana split!”

The mysteries of Mr. Myzery have been revealed.

Yeah, when Myzery retired, he of course walked away from his website, which was bought from somebody after he didn’t update the copyrights for it. Who ever bought the site decided to troll people. Somebody still owns that website. When Myzery came out & said he wasn’t dead that it was a rumor, the same website claimed Myzery had signed to Hatchet House, which is another rumor he dispelled. You can’t believe everything you read online y’all. Always go to the source, that’s what we do here.

The above post is what we call “revisionist history” I’m sure everyone who understands copywriting and how websites work got a good chuckle out of that fable.

I’m pretty sure Ponch/Da Miniority started that rumor. Either way, let’s not dwell on the past bullshit. I want Demon/Angel.

Don’t get me wrong, Hodge is a nice guy. But I think Myz needs a new pr. Overextensive updates, telling us speculations that might not even happen, putting his own opinions in these releases, not getting the song titles right, and a sloppy website that needs to be organized. I’m not saying that its an easy duty, but I feel like that area can be improved.
