This may not be HUGE news, but it’s definitely worth a quick peep. A cartoonist for the Democrat and Chronicle, a Rochester, NY newspaper, recently referenced Insane Clown Posse in comparison to the House of Representatives. Now regardless of your political stance, this is sure to gather at least a chuckle out of everyone. You can view the full image below, or see it over at the online version on Page A15.
