In the latest edition of the Hatchet Herald it was announced that the next installment of Insane Clown Posse’s Forgotten Freshness will be released. Forgotten Freshness Volume 5 is scheduled to be release on October 15th.

We have the next installment of a JUGGALO FAVORITE album series from the Insane Clown Posse that is full of fuckin’ freshness. How do we know? It says it right in the name, dammit! The Insane Clown Posse has crafted a new addition to the Forgotten Freshness series… Forgotten Freshness 5, to be exact!
For anyone who doesn’t know, the Forgotten Freshness series features albums that contain the rare, hard to find, and scrapped shit that gets lost in the shuffle of the underground or was never meant to actually see the light of day. The original Forgotten Freshness album was release back in 1998 and the newest one will be released THIS YEAR on October 15th!
When you pick up Forgotten Freshness 5 you’re going to be getting some of the singles that were released at Hallowickeds of years past so a wider audience can enjoy them, it’ll contain tracks from previous albums that perhaps warrant a second listening, and most importantly it’s got a ton of unreleased tracks that have NEVER been heard before by ANYONE outside of The Lotus Pod! Tracks that never made the cut for previous albums or that were recorded for special projects that never came to be.
One of the best parts about the Forgotten Freshness albums is that you will get a rundown of every single song. ou get the full story of where it’s from, why you might not have heard it before, and how it came to be in the first place! All of these songs were handpicked by Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope so if they’re on this album now you know they’re going to have an interesting backstory (some of them are just plain fucking weird)!
Forgotten Freshness 5 will be on sale October 15th, 2013 on hatchetgear.com as well as nationwide where albums are sold! If you have the previous albums of the Forgotten Freshness series (if you don’t, WTF?) then this is another to add to your collection and that release date will be comin’ sooner than you think!

At this point I’m just curious what they consider rare. Fuck “tracks from previous albums that perhaps warrant a second listening”, if it’s been released on a full length album, I’ll give it a “second listen” on the original disc. I’ll wait until I read the tracklist before I get pumped up for this one.

If I eat your Brains,Im your Killer,Scray Kidz,Blood Red Rum,Evil is Afraid,Amber Alert,This Holloween is crazy, are all the Hallowicked tracks that could be on it…They’ll probly throw a cut or two off the bonus death pop discs on there…Violent J’s Father’s Day track could also be on there.Same with the couple songs ICP did on clay’s last few Mixtapes
