What’s Up Ninjas, Check out this dope review Unskinnypop.com did for Insane Clown Posse‘s The Mighty Death Pop Tour! This is a very informative review that lets you know what to expect from each performer on this tour. This review is good read If you plan on attending the tour. If you have already attended a show, what was your thoughts on it?
The horror-core legends Insane Clown Posse brought “The Mighty Death Pop” tour to the Electric Factory in Philadelphia PA. This time joining the carnival was Axe Murder Boyz, Kung-Fu Vampire and Moonshine Bandits.
Taking the stage first was Denver’s Axe Murder Boyz. Ripping through songs off their Psychopathic Records release “Blood in, Blood out” and some of their earlier albums their 30 minute set went by very quickly. With songs like “I Stay Wicked” and a new song called “Jump” the duo was a perfect intro to what the rest of the evening would hold. The highlight of the set came when AMB played their ICP remix of “F**k the world”. The ICP diehards were in full force and sang along word for word.

This was a ass kissing review, I’m always suspect when a critic is so positive. Play devils advocite a little bit… Also might wanna check facts a little better: “ICP has been bringing the Dark Carnival to the masses for NEARLY twenty years”….FAIL. Keith Lovett, I hate it.

I cant wait to go to TMDP show. Ive had my tix for almost a month now, and there is only 8 days until im there. But AMB has always killed it, but in my opinion I think ICP could have done better with picking the other openers besides KFV and MSB. Not taking anything away from them, they are good and talented at whut they do, but I would have been more happier with somebody like Zug Izland, Jumpsteady, or go super old school and have the lineup they had on a ’97 tour: HOK and Myzery as openers. That I would pay to see. But I do look forward to the show, and ik it gonna be worth the $58. Long Live The Clowns!!

I fucking saw the Norva show…. STILL picking up my pieces of my dome. Kung Fu Vampire was so sick, AMB was an expecting, but pleasant, surprise, totally did not like Moonshine Bandits whatsoever though, but DAMN did ICP shine. That FUCKING bass…. fucking shook my soul. I got to meet ICP too and they were totally chill. I was so nervous though I was shaking!
Anyone who has the chance to hit up TMDP tour NEEDS too. My friend took an almost full Faygo to the nugget and now has a huge lump, but that shit was funny as hell.

I saw the Columbus show, and it was dope as fuck. Moonshine Bandits wasnt for me. Didnt like their music and was bored for the 45 mins. its all good though. AMB was good, and KFV was live as fuck. The live bass and drums was a nice addition. I never heard his music before and was really impressed by his performance. ICP straight killed that shit. Vera Lee didnt seem very good live though. I was in the front row and Faygo Armegeddon was fucking crazy. The Wicked Clowns never disappoint. I hope everyone gets to go see it.
