New addition to The Mighty Death Pop Tour!

It looks like someone over at Psychopathic is in a good joking mood. Just a few hours ago on their Twitter, Insane Clown Posse put up a tweet stating Axe Murder Boyz and Prince were added to The Mighty Death Pop Tour – one was real, the other was not. Now you can already guess that the new tour openers will be Axe Murder Boyz, however there has been no official response from them yet on the subject, other than a retweet of ICP’s post:

Meanwhile Prince joined in on the fun on his Twitter:

It looks like Prince got quite a few retweets on his posts as well, it seems some people may take it seriously, which could more than likely stir up some future excitement. And I will admit that even I was slightly fooled for a brief moment by Prince’s response until our humble President of FLH ScottieD assured me otherwise (I still think an ICP and Prince show would be something to see though, right?).

As of yet there is no further information, but with the start of the Tour drawing near I’m sure there will be more official statements on the subject. Either way it’s pretty fresh to see Bonez Dubb and Otis added to the already dope line-up of Moonshine Bandits, Kung Fu Vampire, and Insane Clown Posse. Remember the Tour kicks off May 1st in Rochester, NY and goes almost all year, so check the Events section and see when they’re coming to your town!

Props to Shifty Novak for first bringing this to our attention!

I never seen prince live, I’d stop for a song or two. I’d hope they make a stage with a bottle barrier Ade. Kinda like the shit I’ve seen in movies like blues brothers.

I’m pretty sure that’s a fake Twitter account for Prince. But it actually has more followers than the official one @Prince_Live. lol.

Pretty sure even @Prince_Live is unofficial. I remember hearing a while back that Prince pulled all presence of the interet. He hates the concept and thinks it depletes him of royalites. He can’t be hurting, he’s charging $250 for GA tickets here at a small venue show coming up. Playing 4 shows in 2 nights, venue size 1100, that’s a million bucks in ticket revenue in 2 days. Good to hear I’ll save a few bucks when he warms up the stage for the ICP. Whew! I was worried it was gonna be some played out shit.

it’s funny how a real or fake prince could trick people .

i’m not the biggest fan of kfv or amb but i will still enjoy good live music. i’m digging the moonshine bandits and of course i’m going mainly to take my wife to her first icp show

so no matter who they have as openers i wont hate.

funny thing is all i’ve seen was hate when everyone thought it was gunna be legz diamond, zug izland and possible big hoodoo and now its not them , everyone is hating there choices that dont include the 3 acts just mentions

goes back to my main point no matter who it is people will still bitch and hate it no matter who it is

Prince hates the internet. He sued a woman for video taping her kid dancing to one of his songs.

That is the worst god damn tour I’ve ever seen. A bunch of garbage rappers and then ICP. I’d rather it just be ICP solo for fucks sake.
