HUGE Violent J interview regarding “Where’s God?” music video and ICP’s religious beliefs!

At Westword.com, there’s a big new 3 page article where journalist Tom Murphy speaks with Violent J.  The topic: God and Religion.  After releasing a music video for the Mighty Death Pop track “Where’s God?”, it brought a lot of attention to the Insane Clown Posse concerning their beliefs and backlog of extremely dark, brutal tracks.  How can those tie in together?  Do ICP consider themselves Christians?  What exactly did they mean by “the carnival is God”?  They tackle all of those things and more in the following interview:

Where’s God: Insane Clown Posse’s Violent J speaks frankly about God and religion @ Westword.com

No matter what your belief, I think that one quote from Violent J in this article rings true:

I think, for the most part, even if it [Thy Unveiling] pissed a lot of Juggalos off, they all understand that even if they believe in god or not, I think they appreciate the fact that we care, and we want to see Juggalos in heaven.

Dope, insightful article!  Nice job Mr. Murphy.

I always wonder how legit written interviews are. . j isn’t actually doing an audio interview on there so you’re totally sure he said it

psychopathic records Twitter tweeted the link to this interview so I’m pretty sure it’s a real interview I don’t see psychopathic retweeting if it’s fake
Plus they posted it on the insane clown posse Facebook page
