While there hasn’t been a whole lot said about Twiztid‘s stance or plans since leaving Psychopathic Records, Monoxide answered a question via @TweetMeSoHard late yesterday that gives us a glimpse as to what’s going on. A Juggalo asked when the next album was due out, and apparently, Twiztid still hasn’t been officially released from Psychopathic Records. Here’s what their response was:
So I don’t know if Psychopathic is dragging their feet on this one, or what’s going on. But it sounds like Twiztid will be the first to let us know. We’ll bring it to you as soon as we know anything else!

I wonder how many people are going to think the “written release” means oh they are still signed to Psychopathic and can work on a new record.

Psychopathic may not be able to sell Twiztid merch once Jamie and Paul are given their written release, so I can see why PSY is delaying it,$$$$.

idk but, waiting for news on why they left Psy for so long already made me not give a fuck anymore, which is how it should be i guess lol. And honestly, i just hope they get to keep their band name as “Twiztid” and not have to come up with new one. Yea, Psy gave them a name, but Paul and Jamie gave that name a meaning…

I think it might be a Monoxide solo record. I remember he tweeted that he was writing it back in october to somebody.

Please dont rush out another album. Last time they did that, they released a shitty album. W.I.C.K.E.D. Was good, and then the following year H&H was released and it was terrible. Abominationz is amazing. Let us rock that album for a couple years.

Psy needs to be grown up and let them go. After that, Twiztid needs to just get they heads right, and to a record that’s all them. It will be a bumpin’ ass cd, trust.
