Coverage of the 13th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos is officially under way at the Village Voice! Unfortunately, it’s not good press so far. They DID happen to use one of the pics that I posted earlier to the Faygoluvers Facebook to show the traffic that was there already. It’s all good though…they gave us our proper credit! Anyways, the new article they posted was about the fact that there have already been more than 10 arrests. Fortunately they were only involving minor drug charges, and other non-violent offenses. Here’s what the Hardin County Sheriff said:
“We’ve had 10 or 15 in four or five hours,” says Cullison. Six involved drug charges (“Not a large amount either”), one for unpaid child support. The rest were apprehended for lacking auto insurance, vehicle registration, or driving with a revoked license. No weapons have been found, Cullison notes, “so far.”
So if you’re still on the way to the Gathering, make sure you’re careful out there Juggalos and Juggalettes! View the article right here!
