Lucem (Just An Asshole) Ferre said
Lucem Ferre, because I stabbed LTB
then hellishly beat twiztid killa as he yelled and screamed
with Nemo's severed spleen Wonka OD'd on emphetamines
ripped open Pat Joyce and watched the fella bleed
Violent dope hanging from a tightened rope
and Sean Law dying with a knife inside his throat
Sexy Lette's raped corpse buried inside a hole
next to Twiztid Raven both with binded skulls
Slumerican's axe to cut up ChiefLocc
cut PiggOfDoom's wrists and watched em bleed slow
and the stream flowed to PRJ's corpse, now he's soaked
devouring flesh, chewing on OMD's nose
Wow A Chick naked and rotting in the bed
demented smoka with blood clotting in his chest
and I was just here, talking with the dead
when Scruffy snuck up and shot me in the head
bolded are the parts i never caught or misunderstood.
[edit] bold alone was kinda hard to read, so i underlined em.

If that's all then it isn't too big of a problem, I probably misunderstand much more from much much much much much bigger and better.
Twiztid is one of my all time fav's and I always have to look up their lyrics, same with Tech N9ne.
I will still work on it though, cause there is a lot of stuff I didn't like the way I pronounced it regardless. Just need to actually recite and practice the lyrics before recording.

It just takes practice. Which I don't do. It's you get into the habbit of chopping, and it gets easier, but you also have to memorize the lyrics, which I don't. I'm the only local rapper I know that hasn't memorized their lyrics, but I'm also the only rapper I know that actually uses the money to record in a professional studio. Though, I'd rank me above all local rappers I've met except for Tranzplant.
The only song I can find by Tranzplant and it isn't that good sadly.

Finally saw this the other day and checked it out. I'm not at all one to compliment someone on something that I don't think is really good just because I know the person who did it, but Post Mortem Boredom is some seriously good shit. The tracks I particularly dig:
Get U Hi- Rachel is a super talented MC with some serious shit to say, the production is good, dope all around.
Underground Til I'm in the Ground- this beat is fucking crazy... I'd love to see it re-worked into a track with actual verses.
Don't Touch Me- this one is the shit, my favorite on the album. The beat and production are dope on their own, but more than that it's just perfect for the track. You guys should keep working together.
I'll also single out Lucem- none of these tracks quite put it all together, but there's some serious potential in what he's trying to do.
By way of constructive criticism- I'd agree that Lucem is too hard to understand, but also with his response that rehearsing would probably sort that out. Scruffy's flow is a little too chilled out and deadpan sometimes, he sounds way better when he's more animated, like on Bullshit! And overall, you can kinda tell that you guys don't really know each other well and haven't worked together before (I think that's why Don't Touch Me really stands out, because it's not like that at all). My suggestion for the future of PMB would be, rather than 20+ tracks with 10+ contributors (which was cool for this project), whittle it down to a core of people who are committed to working together and really hone the shit.
Also I don't think there's any reason why PMB playing the Gathering should be just a pipe dream. The shit is legitimately good, and the Faygoluvers site is something that promotes Psychopathic in a way that's valuable to the label. It's in the interests of both the site and the label to promote this project, especially if it's just something like giving y'all some stage time at the Gathering. No reason at all why that shouldn't happen. Scottie and co. should be pimping the shit out of this on the main page, and any anybody who can should be doing anything and everything to bring this to the attention of people at Psychopathic- if this could be communicated to them, I think they'd be down.

Wow @drfreshness , thanks a lot.
The reviews and response for this project has really been overwhelming. I'm just glad people listened to it, but to review and have such nice things to say is really cool.
I said it all before, but it needs to be said again. Thanks
I'll fuck you till you love me, Faggot!

muchas, muchas gracias.

hm. as it happens, i originally built that track in, i wanna say, 2004? really long time ago. me and my homies wrote at least a couple songs for it, scrapped em, and let the beat drift off to obscurity.
then, here comes sean law, who turns it into a hit in no time. i twisted it around a little, but he made it work.
Scruffy's flow is a little too chilled out and deadpan sometimes, he sounds way better when he's more animated, like on Bullshit!
i try to vary my delivery, so, sometimes i wont sound like that, sometimes i will.
ive been described as sounding like a spastic on my more 'animated' verses, so im glad you at least dug that.

playing the gathering in an organized way [having a scheduled slot on whatever stage, instead of waiting our turn to do self-karaoke] is not impossible, just kinda on the difficult side.
first - lockin down exactly who will be there, and ensuring it as certainly as possible. comping a show set without knowing wholl be around would be tough.
second, harder, and much more critical - there would have to be a LOT of hyping done. by 'us', whoever is performing; by 'you', the forum; by scottied; and frankly, by random ninjas who are sudden fans. the album is not exactly the talk of the underground [not that it has to be, sure, but scrubs like us still need as much noise as possible just to be heard at all]. no real way of knowing how many people have dl'd it by now, but my guess would be under a hundred. even so, all you said, @drfreshness, is valid.
really, thats it. those two things are all it would take.
[[time+money+effort]/work required]/100 = % chance of a post mortem boredom concert.
yeah, could just show up and sign in for slot #36 at the pts stage, but thats not 'playing the gathering', to my mind.
id still do it, though.

Well, finally listened to the whole thing. Had to show my dudes at school. They all liked it. And Lucem, still liked him the most on it, when his part would come up, I'd be like, "keep note of this, this is the best part."
And I'm not much of a reviewer, if I wrote a review I'd be pretty bland, I'd be like, "this tracks good, so is this one, oh, and that one over there, it's good..."
