Maybe it's just me but I don't find that arrogant at all. If ICP did it would they be arrogant? If twiztid was still on psychopathic would it be arrogant? All the twiztid hate is disturbing to me, they're the shit, who care what label they're on. Stop hatin'.

To add a serious response, I think he means them wearing that shirt at the gathering, which is considered to be ICP's event, was arrogant. Still baseless, but better explained.

I always saw the gathering as a celebration of all things juggalo. I know that ICP is the main event, deservedly so, but I don't see that as a diss. They could've worn "Fuck ICP" shirts, but they didn't. I see what you mean LTB, I just see the gathering as our cultural event, not an ICP event. ICP is a HUGE part of that event, but so is twiztid. They've been at the gathering since the first one, the way I see it, the gathering is as much twiztid's as it is ICP's.
