Pretty sure that's what happened with the Family Feud thing. It was an awesome idea until the majority of people realized that they'd be missing out on stuff they wanted to do so it fell apart. I'd still be down to do it in theory but last year taught me that planning ahead is a silly endeavor.

While I do take responsibility for having been the one to get all riled up about a Faygoluvers Team, a LOT of other shit failed or fell through that just made it all a big time sink with no Dark Carnival watches to show for it. First the Faygoluvers website was down for most, if not all of Day 0/Lot Party so there was no communication until someone was able to post that picture of the Main Stage from Scottie's RV; then the proposed lot party meeting place OF Scottie's RV was nowhere to be found before they went in with the rest of the Ballas; didn't run into anyone from the forums after taking several passes through every lot with last year's FLH shirt... cuz if you recall, meeting up with everyone ahead of time was kinda important so that we could all have figured out when would have been the best time for us to go up and every other thing after it got fucked... and then... there was... The Line. But we don't speak of that anymore.

@celle2057 According the the description, the zipline will be at the top of the hill near the seminar tent. More than likely, it will take up the real estate that the Slip n' Slide was supposed to be a couple years back (but got jacked by people camping on top of it). Speaking of *that, how much space is this thing gonna deprive people of camp sites? Seeing as last year the "fire marshal" fucked everyone in cars and tents with their bullshit, I can't imagine they'd let people under a zipline where people could drop shit on them... I'm wondering if this is perhaps something that Legend Valley had installed themselves because I don't really think there is such a thing as "portable zipline rigs".

Personally, I think those parachute drops are gonna be CRAZY! Or make people LOOK crazy! Starin' up at the sky every time a plane passes by, runnin' left to right trying to figure out where the dude is going and then chasing down the packages they drop before everyone else...!!! Sounds like some Kickspit Underground Music Fest type shit, heh.

Both the skydivers and the zipline sound like great ideas. At a different sort of festival I might be worried that people would throw shit or shoot bottle rockets at the skydivers and zipliners going by.  But of course we all know such a thing would never happen at the Gathering of the Juggalos.

I haven't been able to get into the gathering website since they updated it...anyone else having that problem?

I can't wait until the schedule is released (it hasn't been released yet, right?) so that I can figure out when I'm going to play family feud.

Actually I was referring to all the time and worry *I put into it before and after I got there. But yeah, after seeing some videos of the game, I'm guessing you'd be right. Maybe this year we can all just agree to meet on some side of the stage or tent in time and whoever of us is there can play together and just grab some ninja or other outta the crowd to fill any spots.
