The human psyche is supposed to see faces in random objects. Faces are familiar. It happens without you knowing that your looking for a face. I see handicap parking spaces and people sitting on toilets with any Asian symbol containing a circle. Resembling a round head.

Maybe not always on a toilet or in a handicap parking spot, but the designated circle/head can be read in many different ways. From my understanding the translation is syllables per symbol rather than a word? Yes?
