Oh man, I used to work at a place in Boston that did $1/pound. Always a bunch of Haitian women and other assorted crazy people fighting for garbage clothes. One time somebody straight up shit themselves and wiped with a shirt and threw it in the pile… their ass got banned!

Does Faygoluvers have any way for me to upload pictures to the site or do I have to host them first? I’ll figure out a way to post the final result of my flag project and hold off on any kinda “production report” as to how I made it until then but I was thinkin’ I should post SOMEthing visual to let ya’ll know I wasn’t just talkin’ shit like I was doin’ something I wasn’t, heh.

I changed it to 1meg again. The whole issue we had with the plugin had us un-install and re-install the plugin so it reset the size limit to the default size. It is back to the 1meg.

Would be cool. Would have to prevent someone from throwing or spraying faygo at it.
Not sure about the whole miracles thing. Tesla coils just aren’t too miraculous to me. Like most nerdy high school physic students, I used to make and play with tesla coils. They can do some neat things but I guess the magic is lost now for me. They are very simple devices. Basically an air-core transformer with short primary and very long secondary windings. Using a relay spark gap transmitter seemed to be the easiest way to pulse the power. Never messed with any of the modulated pulse methods (those electronics were beyond my knowledge at the time) that they use in the video to get sound. Mine always just made loud rapid pops.

Yep. This place is $.79 per pound for the stuff, and $.99 per pound for shoes. I got a pair of brand new looking ice skates for $3.75, the hockey jerseys were about $.75 each, got a box of the curse word magnetic poetry for around $1, got a Baggalini travel bag for maybe like $.50 (same one was selling online for $50)…like I’ve gotten some amazing deals there on some great stuff. But you have to really sort through stuff, and the great finds are few and far between.

It’s official mofos! I bought my bus tickets about five minutes ago. Getting into Columbus, OH on Monday night about 11pm. Going to use airbnb.com to find a cheap place to stay for the night and then in the morning we’re headed to the Day 0 festivities. What time some ya’ll showing up on Tuesday?

word. so technically we could show up on Monday too.
As I mentioned, we get into Columbus about 11pm, we can catch an uber and be out there around 11:45pm, fuck it, if it’s worth it and people will be there then there is no reason not to show up on Monday.
edit: unless the lady wants to stay in Columbus that night just because she’s never been there.. I’ll be sure to ask her tonight

Columbus has sum really good eats. Me and my girl go there for a day trip sumtimes. Its a big college town and alot cleaner than cleveland
