I can already tell ya the answer to that is no.  That's why I think it's gonna be a big 'smoke this!' gimmick.  They're gonna be tryn to do their act and its just gonna be 'FAM UH LEE!  SMOKE SOME WEED!  FAM UH LEE!'.  They'll be all 'shut the fuck up and maybe we'll smoke after' then things will be cool for 2min till the process starts over again.
