For one you're flat out delusional. Your 'confidence' completely contradicts 'keeping it real' since you lie to everybody and yourself by claiming you're the greatest thing rapping.
For two a little humility opens you up to learning and building your technique because you won't think you need to if you already think you're the shit.
For three most beloved artists that do brag about being the greatest are artists that have earned the right to do so and even they are typically humble enough to admit when they miss their mark.
For four you come off as insecure rather than confident because you care way too much about people who don't like your music for you to be comfortable with what you're making.
And most importantly the whole dunning-kruger shtick in hip hop has been corny. Look to Russ.

Humility brings you back down to reality. You learn to take jokes, you're open to new ideas and opinions, you're not self absorbed and inconsiderate, you're open to criticism, etc. People that truly love themselves have humility, people that don't either wallow in self loathing or hide from their insecurities and flaws with an arrogance they feel they need to shove down people's throats.
The fact that this needs to be spelled out is kind of ridiculous.
