No. They wouldn’t just entirely scrap a Joker Card and we never hear of it again or we hear of it 20 years later like Bloody Brothers or whatever. It’s probable that they have scrapped a lot of the material they had for it though. Ultimately, they over-promised on an unrealistic release date and just weren’t happy with what they had and would rather delay than put out a shitty album they don’t like.
