You will get it Im sure, like I said ealier…I haven’t received any emails from HG about my order but according to USPS I have an package in route from Farmington, MI, which is where HG offices/warehouse is located.

Got mine yesterday, and the disc is pressed up properly, no CD-R shit, so it was worth the wait.

The bottom of the disc is not blue on your copy? Mine is, which means its a CDR, but it don’t matter to me. I am just happy to have it.

Now why would they do that? Make copies that aren’t pressed properly and copies that are?  Just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

I wouldn’t know ..HG has always worked out perfectly for me. always on time, or early

Ill be honest, I really like Hatchet Gear. I have read the numerous threads about how people have been subjected to technical problems and ridiculous shipping schedules but I personally have not fell victim to any of these problems…..UNTIL NOW.

So, on Dec. 15, 2015 I excitedly put in an order for Insane Clown Posse’s “The Phantom”. I have been waiting to get the extra cash so I could get it for long enough and I finally was ready to confirm my victory order.

Now I have ordered multiple products from Hatchet Gear, and have never experienced any problems. Everything has shipped and arrived in a timely manner.

After two weeks of staring at an order status that was stuck on “Printed” I decided to email customer service. Check this shit out, after 3 emails and 4 weeks with NO RESPONSE, I emailed J. Webb himself. He quickly responded within the hour….WOW I KNOW!

He told me that THE PHANTOM IS ACTUALLY OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! Are you fucking kidding me?!?!? Why does the Hatchet Gear site say “In Stock” then????

Well he informed me that they would be receiving more copies after the New Years weekend.  Well its Thursday, the 7th and still nothing.

I have finally fallen victim to the Hatchet Gear curse. Is anyone else waiting for a copy of The Phantom?

Same here ninja smh I ordered mine around the same time bout a week before Christmas n I’ve emailed em about 5 or 6 times n tried calling them 5 or 6 times. Maybe 7..and not a single answer or reply. Its really really a bunch of Bullshit. I even paid for fuckin 3-Day Shipping..I don’t understand at all they need to hire like 10 Juggalos or something to make HG legit. Shits Lame. This aint my first problem with them either. You’d think they’d work on these mistakes lol

Yea I ordered a copy on the 26th and got the shipping confirmation last night. Excited to bump on the old 15’s let the neighborhood hear!
