Ill be honest, I really like Hatchet Gear. I have read the numerous threads about how people have been subjected to technical problems and ridiculous shipping schedules but I personally have not fell victim to any of these problems…..UNTIL NOW.

So, on Dec. 15, 2015 I excitedly put in an order for Insane Clown Posse’s “The Phantom”. I have been waiting to get the extra cash so I could get it for long enough and I finally was ready to confirm my victory order.

Now I have ordered multiple products from Hatchet Gear, and have never experienced any problems. Everything has shipped and arrived in a timely manner.

After two weeks of staring at an order status that was stuck on “Printed” I decided to email customer service. Check this shit out, after 3 emails and 4 weeks with NO RESPONSE, I emailed J. Webb himself. He quickly responded within the hour….WOW I KNOW!

He told me that THE PHANTOM IS ACTUALLY OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! Are you fucking kidding me?!?!? Why does the Hatchet Gear site say “In Stock” then????

Well he informed me that they would be receiving more copies after the New Years weekend.  Well its Thursday, the 7th and still nothing.

I have finally fallen victim to the Hatchet Gear curse. Is anyone else waiting for a copy of The Phantom?

Oh wow. I’ve been waiting on the same order! No wonder mine hasn’t shown up either…(sigh). Under new management, my ass. 

This may be the first time you’ve had an order fucked up by HG, but this will be the umpteenth time for me. I try to order straight from HG as little as possible these days, but Phantom isn’t available anywhere else, so there was really no choice in the matter. 

They only printed 2000 copies of The Phantom Extra Spooky edition.

Not a shock it sold out with the quickness.

Hopefully the next batch they press up are manufactured like real CDs.

The first 2000 that sold out were all printed on cheap ass CD-Rs, bootleg style.

I’ll actually buy a copy if they spend the money to press it up proper.

I ordered mine that same day. I was expecting hella delays because of the holiday season, I was actually going to wait 15 business days before I contacted them.

If they are getting more I will wait, only reason I ordered it from them is because its the only place to get the physical cd. I don’t trust them anymore with anything so I buy the CD’s in stores.

Thanks for sharing this info with us, it’d really be nice if they put out a note letting us know what was up instead of hoping no one would notice.

FUCK IT!!

Hatchet gear is fucking awful. Twiztid shop is putting them to shame, there’s been several times I’ve ordered from them and got an email an hour later saying my product was shipped. Still cannot fucking believe there’s still no VIP tickets for Juggalo day.
