I don’t know. The idea of a remix album didn’t do anything for me. Maybe I’ll pick it up some time.
And agreed, I don’t hate Shangri La but it was disappointing. Thankfully I picked up the copy with the seminar and was relieved to hear there was a second exhibit.

I didn’t mind Hot Poison. Not a favorite or anything, but as I recall, J had some good lines in there.
Only tracks I really didn’t dig on that album were “Falling” and “Trapped Inside.” The latter grew on me a bit, but I still don’t get why everyone seems to dig “Falling” as much as they do.

I thought both “Black Sand” and “Heinous” were some of the best tracks on that album, along with “Keep Up” and “Withered.”

Witch Trapped in this Song was my least favorite on the album. I just don’t get the whole idea of a witch being trapped inside a beat. I think lyrically Backwords is my favorite. I bet I heard it a dozen times before I realized that each verse was telling a different story in reverse. Awesome.
