I think the must give more freedom and promo to the artist, cuz sometimes the others artist looks like do the things J want.
they must open their mind and collab more with other artist of the underground ,open to the other fanbases in the underground
this is my perfect roster os PSY
ICP, twiztid , blaze, boondox, ABK, jumpsteady, myzery , the dayton family, AMB, cousin cletus, vanilla ice , the R.O.C, wolfpac and cold 187 ( cold , dayton an v-ice, probably in other sub.label)
hatchet house use to drop dj clay mixtapes, forgoten fresnesh , copilations etc...
drop new video projects and films , but no only big money... they can do a dark lotus film or mini-movies about the characters of the artist of PSY, movies about the carnival.
sign more artist , but good artist , give chances to the underground people and make a extense and hard roster
old school hip hop and hardcore rap to the gathering
this is my vision of psy must do

1. Spend more time fully committing to ABK. Outside of ICP and Twiztid he has the most talent on the whole label. Medicine Bag was the best release since W.I.C.K.E.D. I COULDN'T AGREE MORE. ABK HAS THE MOST TALENT, AND MEDICINE BAG WAS HIS BEST ALBUM SINCE HATCHET WARRIOR.
2. NEW LOTUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER THEY DONE DOING THIS "MIGHT DEATH POP" TOUR, WHICH WILL HAPPEN, THIS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE THEIR NEXT FOCUS. EVERYBODY, BESIDES ICP AND TWIZTID, HAVE PUT OUT NEW ALBUMS SO....
3. Resign AMB. Honestly they were hitting one of the best parts of their career lyrically right before they got let go. Or left the label. Or whatever the fuck happened. UGH................NO!! lol
4. Hold the Gathering on a tropical island. (Just thought I'd slip that in. How fuckin awesome would that be?)

here's some of my thoughts:
1. They should sign King Gordy, Lord knows why they havent. originally it was because he was on WEB Entertainment before but now....??
2. I would even be cool if they signed a multi-album deadl with Bizarre(D-12).
3. eventually, when ICP gets back to touring, they should put together another Happy Daze summer tour (but better organized, it was cool they were doing outdoor venues but they would play to half filled venues cuz they were too damn big,)
4. Speaking of touring, what if down the line, ICP does a 15th anniversary tour for Ringmaster or Riddle Box, where they do the album in full, and only do a couple songs from other albums. That would've been a cool ass idea to do back in 2007, cuz they couldve done a Great Milenko ten year tour.

7. Purple Show was cool, would like to see a volume 2 in the future but with Psy Radio taking over, I don't see it happening.
8. Faygo doesn't wanna get involved with ICP, at least that was said in Shockumentary.
9. ROC is nice, I'd like to see him working with Psy again.
But me personally, I wouldn't care what Psychopathic did, just keep it fresh and different.

1. Spend more cash and time promoting ABK and Dayton Family ( take them on tour with famous rap artist like KMK or Tech N9ne)
2. Kick off the label Cold 187 (GTFO BITCH!!! NOBODY LIKES YOU!!!)
3. Sign NEW horrorcore artist to the label (there are plenty of good rappers on the scene)
4. New Dark Lotus album with 3 music videos to promote it.
5. New artists in the Hatchet House (Hip Hop and Rock/Metal) – I think they have no idea what to do with their sub label
6. ROC BACK TO PSY, AMB CAN SUCK DICKS
7. Quit the Christian bullshit in their songs (ICP Miracles song and Shangri-la album)
8. J should stop messing around with other PSY artists music ex. Blaze Gang Rags. Tour version of this album was way better than shitty one released by Psychopathic Records and produced by Violent J.
9. Bring back Boondox – give him better contract!!!
10. SUGAR SLAM SEX TAPE 
11. ICP and Twiztid should make WORLDWIDE TOUR: USA, CANADA, MEXICO, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN AND EUROPEAN UNION (they planned it with release of BPB! back in 2009)

He has his own label and is sign to Reel Wolf Productions with King Gordy.

For me it would be come back with Dreadlocks. Get rid of the polo shirts and checkered shorts and dress like street hood rats. Violent J change his make up scheme back to the ringmaster dayz.
Sure I understand the music changes and I agree. but the image can always go back.

Billy Bill Crackin Heads at shows shit I remember that shit at my first couple shows I might be In my mid 20's but trust me Ive been to a few shows hell a few gatherings as well and Alex ran the company good as well no dis to Psy 20+ years and still going I think there doing good.
