The sound i would like to hear is more songs like Night of the Chainsaw and To Catch a Predator. I dig the violent stories with a purpose but i would say that they could mix in more of the darker stuff like The dead One or Mr. Rotten treats. As much as i dig the happy songs i would like to see them get into the wicked scary story type stuff. I would love to hear the darker stuff with the polished production they got now.
As far as the voices of the Clowns Shaggy really hasnt changed but i would like to hear J do that B Real nasal type voice he used to do like in Graveyard from PJB every once in a while. I can understand those saying that J needs to lose some lbs. to be more creative but i really dont think it affects the way he raps i mean he aint Tech 9 but it does for a fact affect the way you spit live and he dont move too much now adays. I will admit though that J moved alot and ripped it on the Shangri La tour u look at him on the Bootleg in LA dvd and he looks like hes having fun and just owning it. But i saw the gathering footage and dude looks winded at times. Not only will it help him live but it will help him live longer for his kids.
Id like to hear the guitars the organs and i always love a concept album where the story plays all the way through.
What ever the case i hope they keep making music and keep being Creative but in a more focused way like MDP was creative in a very expiremantal way but i would like to see a concept album with focused intentional production like if there was a song called " Lost Children Cry" then the beat should sound all sad and gloomy and the lyrics should match the whole thing thats wat id like. but if not im a massive fan and i like all their stuff and will continue to.

Honestly I thought the beats on MDP were some of the tightest of ICP's to date. Definitely some throw back to the old school, but with a huge new vibe.
I honestly don't want extreme wicked horror shit out of them anymore. Well it's not that I don't want it, but I think they're getting away from that and they know it. No sense of doing something or making an album sound a certain way just to do it. Feel me?

Heck Yea i will agree the songs with them Metal guitars go alot harder than some of the other ones. I hope they do mix up both things i mean when ur happy and loving life with kids and junk its hard to talk about death and murder i mean u want to talk about how cool ur life is and kickin back with an ice cold faygo and chillin with ur kids or maybe thats just me. Any way i still think they can do some wicked ish and mix a Juggalo Island type song every once and a while.

I understand where you are coming from preachy. They have never been pure horror. Always a mix of comedy/tragedy in their music. I just don't like the "Juggalo Island" type songs. If I want happy music I'll bump some tom petty, sublime, kenny chesney etc.
When I listen to icp I wanna hear the wicked shit. I wanna hear that "I pulled the chord and got it runnin'- turned the blade on the kid workin' and blood started gunnin'" type shit. I'm a little bit of a weirdo though lol

maybe for the next icp albums they should get a different range of producers...
ever since mike e clark came back his beats arent the same, it all started with that terrible hells pit / shangri la remix albums....some juggalos hated "homies" but we were still fresh off of the dark lotus albums, the bizzars, amazing jeckyl bros so we were spoiled and "homies" wasnt anything like the old shit, but i think Homies is one of ICPs best singles and mike e clark made the remix that sucked ass, the guitars were not flowin with Js verse, he made J sound off beat and every album since its the same off beat violent J
i think Mike E used up all his best material those couple of years after he left tha hatchet, he did some of his last good beats on that Project deadman cd, but prozak is a weak rapper, good lyrics / subjects but his rapping is monotone and basic as hell....
Mike P and J were making really good records together and bringin back mike clark hasnt been good for the music since his return

Well sounds beat wise I like to hear more of the Ringmaster. Gangster clown carny sounds. (trumpets flutes marching band drums with good bass beats) as for lyrics, the same COC, Ringmaster and Riddlebox…just wicked death shit. Good horror stories. Stories about southwest Detriot. Carnival related stories. Gangta shit. Carnival song titles. As for the J and Shaggy's flow, I like the old and new. I like nursery rhymes type flows but I like the new style flows also.
What I don't wanna hear is songs like juggalo island, homies. Another is The bone. Yeah the lyrics are ok, but the beat and J's flow was stale.
But I know we won't hear that kind of style anymore because times have change and J talks about change all the time. He wants the new joker set to be it own classic style differ from the original. So I expect in the future to get a little more guitar sounds from Legs, and possible Dub step mixed in.
Also like to see less of sugar slam and legs lyrically on future albums. Just keep it J and Shaggs on vocals.
