Raven put it best about Opaque. TFTLP og comes close. Black Rain is great but as has been noted by many, it comes across as rushed in areas. Doornail Dorothy is stupid to me too. Plus (I hate saying this lol) the infamously odd 2 Dope verses. As for the TFTLP rerelease, I heard the tracks but nothing memorable from ABK. He was put in a weird position. Until eternity lol

the “thats me” verses/lines are pretty weak but the “my 1st time” verse was dope.. i feel “my 1st time”, “she was”, & “the walls” are super underrated.. the latter prolly being my fav track on black rain

Sorry, I know I’m kind of nitpicking, but it’s pretty clear that Shaggy was Patrick Swayzted throughout the recording of that album. Sometimes, it works, because it’s Shaggz, and he can randomly not rhyme things and it works for his character. (“Don’t say a word, or I’ll kick you in the neck, bitch.”) But here, it didn’t come off as intentional…just sloppy.

idk.. i think if you breakdown all of icp’s shit you’ll find a lot of shit along those lines.. theyre not technical & are often nonsensical.. thats pretty much their style.. i can see how it can come across as unintentional to some but i bet it was.. even the “uh” haha

I think he’s better on OB. Black Rain im pretty sure he was drunk a lot. He was just fine on TFTLP too. Just his verses in BR kinda stop everything.

None of the above. I’d prefer a CD with all non album tracks. Meat Cleaver, Blink, Witching Hour, Echo Side, Crystal Ball, I Don’t Care, Maniac Killa, Given Half a Chance, Drunken Ninja Master, Graverobbers, Shock & Awe, Static, Hell Ride, Further Away. Sounds about right!

Didn’t know meat cleaver was lotus lol. But I do love crystal ball and echo side. I get what your saying.  Them songs are all awesome.
