Hands down the best solo project ever dropped on psy. Make sure you have a full hour to sit and listen to the whole thing. It doesn’t work as single songs

Best solo imo is Madrox phatso earth version. Although I love Boondox, or does that not count !

@slumerican502 is correct as well as @ben_uk .. WOTH and “Phatso” are amazing shit, albeit in completely different ways. The Earth 2 is just fine too…. personally I’ve never been head over heels for Monoxide’s solo but lotsa certain kinds of juggalos love it to death.

Also, both of Shaggy’s solos are flawless. Absolutely great shit. FTFO is one of my top ten fave Psy projects ever. Upbeat wilin out clean sounding dopeness.

Jumpsteady is okay…not the best rapper at all (flow/delivery sucks and lyrics can be kind of cheesy sometimes) but his music is definitely worth checking out for the production, features, and occasionally dope songs

as for Wizard of the Hood its one of my favorite Psychopathic releases ever…like someone said above its not wicked shit so don’t go into it looking for that but if you like chill, fun, entertaining storytelling you’ll like it

Ftfo is a god album but I always feel somethings missing but not sure what.

@bighoodoosbruh jumpsteady is a very geeky taste the flying guillotine has a song about dungeons and dragons but has the brilliant revenge and if on it. His first the chaos theory just sounds dated.

Why do duos feel the need to go solo? The money?

WOTH and FTFO are easily in my Top Ten Psychopathic Records albums ever. Both the Earth albums a good, and that chainsmoker album is just weak.

You can experiment more. As a group you sort of have to stay doing they same thing.

Look at Psychopathic Rydas, Dark Lotus,Triple Threat, SWK, HOK, and SV

Do ICP and Twiztid really need to be in that many groups? not really, but they can experiment in different ways with each group.

why wouldnt you want your fav artists to make as many records as possible.I’ll take as many projects they can throw at me. Why would they need the money? They are millionaires.Solo records dont make them much coin.ICP sell a lot of albums.Violent J not as much.

I’ve been listening to for about 3 years. I already have FTFO and the shining and I liked both of them especially FTFO.

The Shining (both versions) are very hit and miss. But there’s some dope shit… Let it Go, 14 Years Old, 4 The Hoez, Jealousy, Murder You, Candy Land.. some good stuff

I was at the gathering when woth was released in 03. It is definitely an awesome concept album and has some of j’s best work lyrically. The story is well told and the music has that “mike p-shangrila” feel. it is a unique experience.

as far as jumpsteady goes, I would recommend checking out the chaos theory first. Madrox wrote a majority of it and worked very closely with jump. If you dig that pick up guillotine
