the last track on that project isnt a song.. it’s a 30 min satanic ritual..

i think theyre more convincing than people like sicktanick who just have a boring and typical delivery..

i agree that it’s easier to come across as goofy or corny than legit.. when doing satan-esque music

But like, Satanism is goofy.

SickTanicK is an actual authentic Thelemite that does the rituals. He’s part of the O.T.O. which is fairly exclusive. He’s just goofy. And Satanism is just goofy.

Can’t take it seriously when the writer, Anton LaVey (his real name is Howard) completely fabricated his whole life and literally just plagiarized Crowley (the idea of being your own god, and the rituals/spells are literally dumbed down and over simplified versions of what’s taught in Thelema and the O.T.O.) Ayn Rand (his whole philosophy taking her ideas of being against altruism) and Nietzsche (trying to come off as existential nihilism despite believing in ‘magick’) to write his book. I’m not even being hyperbolic when I say plagiary too, he literally lifted text from all three. Actual occultists like SickTanicK actually mock the bastardized over simplification of the Enochian keys at the end of the Satanic bible. Even the pentagram that people think was Satanic is lifted from an older book. Like I said, the more you know the goofier it is.

Nah, I think it just needs to be an aesthetic.

Like the music on it’s own doesn’t actually scare people but pared with a movie scene or if you’re having a bad trip it adds to the context of the situation. In that case it’s scary. On it’s own, I doubt anybody here has truly been scared of a song. It’s a situational thing.

The Warlock said
what did i do to you??

Honestly I think it’s trauma based insecurity and angst that he projects on others. He doesn’t really hate us, he just struggles like the rest of us and doesn’t know how to deal with his emotions. We’re both the two most pretentious members on here too. Any time either of us speak it just makes him feel like we think he’s lower than us which is far from the truth on my part. I deal with the same thing, I was diagnosed with PTSD last year and what he’s been through makes what I’ve been through look like nothing. I think he deals with the same existential guilt too. It’s rough. I always try to be more conscious of these things especially since I understand the struggle. But OMD is a cool dude, I wouldn’t take it too personal.

So obviously a joke. E-lax, nutsacs.

Bugs on My Nugz is scary if you’ve ever had scabies or crabs. A cautionary tale.

Little bugs and creatures have had such a huge impact on my life…. I’ve battled against ticks (lyme disease), bed bugs (unspeakably fucked up) and even had feline ear mites lol….

So Bugz is def a terrifying theme under the guise of wicked humor.

And also, Betty had balls. Not that’s theres anything wrong with that (seinfeld) but she definitely could have explained this to our narrator beforehand. Its downright rude, imo.

Well it’s hard to tell when both your sense of humor and your out rage consist of the same insults. I can’t get tone out of text.

Well then you can understand why I got ‘tated at Jiggles. A lot of times when we read these we are busy in between something else so we dont even take the time to formulate or decipher. Human error makes us human, I guess. No biggie, I’m definitely not wanting today to be the Friday Night Fights anyway lol

I will try to be clearer in the future, because despite my ferocious nature, I do not enjoy arguments. In real life i sometimes get a thrill out of confrontations but the internet side of it is very unhealthy for me, as i cannot see the people nor interact in a suitable fashion. Frustrating!!

“Growing Again” is pretty scary in thought. Imagine growing so goddamned big that gravity sucks you into outer space. Very scifi concept that is humorous in approach but quite dark in theme.

On the Dark Lotus end of things…

Witch Trapped in this Song

Black Crows

Headache

45 Minutes

and Doornail Dorothy… not because it’s scary but because it sucks so fucking bad. Worst DL song ever.

Gravity pulls things together, not apart.

What would happen is your bones wouldn’t be able to support your body And your spine would snap. Or you would suffer-kate because your lungs wouldn’t be able to pull enough oxygen from the air.

The Dead One

Not sure whether scary would be the right word for it but it’s definitely eerie. Very underrated song, imo. That instrumental instantly puts you in like a relaxed/mellow/psychedelic/dark/apathetic/trippy/anxious mood (yes, relaxed and anxious at once.. somehow). Then J’s slow delivery, the odd kinda creepy vocal samples, the repetitiveness, the dragged pacing.. that song’s so sweet man.

To me, this one and For The Maggots have always stood out as pretty unique amongst ICP’s discography. They sound unlike any other song of theirs and everytime they come on, I’m like “oh right, they did those weird ones as well“. They are like two of my favorites, yet it feels like I forget about them all the time. Is that relatable to anyone? Y’all got songs like this?

alright so “scary” nah Loc, Wicked Clown shit though, hell yeah nigga

Now if I were havin’ a bad acid trip, and my vision was totally hazey and wicked and my thought process is all jumbled and I’m thinking about wicked thoughts… here’s I guess a few… songs.

17. My Fun House – man I just Love the fucking Relentlessness of this beat and J’s lyrics… it’s that wicked dark carnival funk with J just telling your bitch ass you ain’t gonna survive… ain’t you ain’t Beeyatch!!!!

17. House of Mirrors, – bro you done did all that wicked shit, you know what did, Now you have to face yourself in the fucking House of Mirrors, the beat! man the fucking beat just kills it, dark carnival shit.

17. Manic Depressive – man if you’ve gone through the wickedest times of your life, you’re gonna be feelin this song, bro this is that real dark shit, and I only say it ’cause you feel this shit when you’re down… I know a lot of people don’t like this song, but I feel like it’s dope, and you know just the real wicked shit

17. Truly Alone – the beat, the lyrics, everything about this song… but do I even have to say anything else? no, fuck you! I’m going to Kill everybody! nobody understands me! fuck you all!

17. Suicide Hotline – ya’ll feel me on this?  I only put this on this list because when you’re at the point, sometimes there’s no holding back, and many ninjas have blown out their brains, so I’m not saying this song makes ninjas kill themselves, but I know exactly where Los & Lettes mindstates be at when they’re listening to this, and knowing that, knowing a lot of people that actually put the gun to their head and pulled the trigger, it just makes me think of How dark and down on yourself and life you have to be to take your own life, man I could go and on about this topic, but i’ll stop, I just appreciate the Wicked flavor that this song sets the mood for… ( p.s. I Love how it ends on a positive tip wit sweet sugar slam callin’ J with some Weed to smoke)

17. uhh…. I don’t know Ringmaster’s Word!? it’s a pretty dope hypnotizing song… I could see someone having a bad trip on mushrooms and this song comes on and it just chaotic  craziness ensues… haha

yo I don’t fucking know… that’s just a few thoughts… I’m sure there’s been moments on this beautiful dirt-ball where people have had scary bad experiences with ICP’s music,  … who the fuck knows, maybe that’s the reason why some pussy ass fools don’t like ICP/ juggalo shit, ’cause it scares them… anyway Someone might No Like Dark Lotus “Heinous” , someone might not like “Morbid”, anyway There’s a lot of good shit that would “freak” normal people out and “scare” them, so that’s my answer Ninja! Juggalotus!

now, fuck the bullshit, “Coagulate” is one of my favorite songs regardless

Eat 2 Eighths of Cubensis and listen to Dark Lotus tales from the lotus pod while you watch Evil Dead… that’s my shit

okay I gotta say “amber alert” cuz it’s the real wicket shit… the song itself isn’t scary obviously, but the song just gives off this wicked vibe like there are really dudes out there kidnapping kids and killing them. I Think that’s the realist shit, you know and fuck that shit… Cuzz I hate getting Amber Alerts on my phone, I hate that shit, that’s the real scary wicked shit

but as juggalos, I know Our music is probably a lot scarier to the people who fuck wit us and diss us, cuz when you fuck with the The Psychopathic Family you fuckin’ wit the wrong people… ask Martin Bashir, I bet his bitch ass his hella scared of this wicked shit!

I don’t consider any of their music actually scary but as far as spooky vibes and true horror rap goes:

amys in the attic

prom queen

mental warp

feels so right

12

thats 5 off the top of my head that could definitely be argued as icp’s scariest tracks.

Amy’s in the Attic

Prom Queen

Mental Warp

Dead Pumpkins

Mr. Johnson’s Head

@lucem-ferre Sicktanick is a herb. I met the dude once. When he is not talking about occultism he is talking about how he revolutionized horrorcore. As far as I can tell he is a delusional drunk/pill popper.

Do features count? If so, I’ll include ICP soloed mixes of Calm Down, and Walking After Midnight:

Calm Down

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9Qr1qa9aXw

The vividly detailed descriptiveness of the descent into mental illness is especially haunting on this joint. One of my all time favorite ICP features.

Walking After Midnight

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_DxJcRIv4g

The  tension conveyed in the gripping storytelling of Walking After Midnight is so thick, that it could be cut with the knife Shaggy frantically searches for to rid evidence of his killing.

Mental Warp

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQCN1L_iBbo

The Dead One

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FYkXGSQNGY

Sedatives

I watch a lot of the ID channel, serial killer mystsries, and legit fucked up stuff. As mentioned before by another poster many of us have been desensitized by a lot of ‘underground/wicked shit’. Is there really a depth anymore?

G-Mo and AXE have been the best at being on track as surprising.

I think @spooky nailed it with ‘Time’. Its the only thing that holds longevity and depth.

Yeah bitches, im that short gentleman mentioned in that youtube video.

And the very nice, level headed guy from that other youtube video.
