So I found a clip from the start of ICP’s set at hallowicked on youtube and it seemed quite underwhelming, the crowd seemed dead even when ICP first came on stage, I hardly heard a reaction. J was rapping dead pumpkins with even less energy than usual. I know it’s not exactly a song you bounce around to or whatever but just seemed kinda weak to me, I don’t know..It’s like ICP does less and less onstage as the years go on, I guess age will do that.

Im pretty sure they canceled because the owner of both observatory venues saw what happened to the first one in santa anna and backed out. The bouncers hated us. The clean up crew hated us. Milko ur an idiot. Needless to say.

Bayarea you may feel like you’re now some Juggalo insider cause you just went to a show, but I’ve been to ICP tours in the past where the venue was half full. So watch your mouth.

You are not the rooster here. Me entiendes?

getclowned

Lol juggalo insider? Naw ill just leave that up to you since youve been to so many tours or what ever.

What my mouth or what? Ull say another stupid passive aggressive racist comment because im mexican and u saw a movie with mexicans in it?

I love garden state.

I'll fuck you till you love me, Faggot!

did you watch more than half of the video clip?

have you ever been to a hallowicked?

and, lastly, are you somehow under the impression that you, yourself, are not aging…?

posts like this make me wish i could put ninjas through a solid hour of pt, all the while belting out twenty songs at volume eleven.

you think its easy?  try it sometime.  not even on a stage, just stand in your yard or sumn.

no, really.  chop twenty icp songs down to just verses and choruses, rap them as accurately as you can, as loud as you can, and throw a two-liter every thirty seconds or so.  see how long it takes you to give up.

then imagine that you had a crowd of people in front of you that you are responsible for entertaining, in a hot ass venue, with a hundred bright ass lights [all pointed at you], and that you have done the same shit almost every night for weeks.

hell, for that matter, just put a dime on the back of your hand, and keep it at arms length in front of you for five minutes straight.  post a video of that

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

Alright guys well I’m sorry cuz apparently that came across as worse than I expected, was just trying to give my thoughts on the video, didn’t think I’d get attacked for it. But yeah I watched the whole video and yeah I’ve been to 2 hallowickeds but not sure what that has to do with anything.

But yeah I’ve been down since 98 and ICP has been my favorite band since then, I’m not sure what I said that was apparently so offensive, seen people critique ICP on here and not get bashed like I did.. Part of what I was saying was about the crowd anyways lol.. Sorry for pissing you guys off or if it sounded too negative, didn’t really think it’d be a big deal.

but that the whole ‘j has no energy, icp dont do nothin anymore’ line is played out bunk.

and… its almost uncanny how often that mess comes from guys that couldnt carry a bag of bricks across the street without complainin.

i mean, if a ninja is soft, thats cool, i aint gonna run em down for it;  but to be runnin someone else down for bein soft…?  cmon.

just like, every year at the gathering, without fail, i hear some fat fuck talkin bout how j is a fat fuck.  or sayin madrox is a junkie methhead, while holdin a balloon in each hand.  and on and on and on.

The Baltimore show last night was dope.  Before that I had been to two shows in Philly over the past year and it was really amazing to see how different the vibe is in different cities.  The Juggalos in Baltimore (who mostly seemed to be not from Baltimore but other places in MD) were way, way more friendly and chill than the Philly crowd.  It was real easy to fall into conversations, three different people bought me drinks (and unlike in Philly I didn’t have to suck any dick for em or anything like that), daps from strangers every 5 minutes, just good vibes all around.  People were much friendlier in Baltimore than at the Gathering, even.

At the same time the shows in Philly were much bigger, I’d guess 6-700 people in Philly last time, and probably half that in B’more last night. The Philly crowds were also more hardcore and energetic- for instance a lot more people who knew every line to every song, more people were painted up, more people getting live, etc.  In B’more, the only time a pit formed was when whoever was on stage told them to and it was pretty tame, as opposed to Philly where the pit was insane.  I was a little surprised by that since I would consider Philly and Baltimore both as pretty badass in general as cities go.

Baltimore was definitely more my scene but I can appreciate both.

@chieflocc his homie, ad I went to the Des Moines show. Openers sucked. Dope DOD is no longer on the tour. DJ Paul’s set was LITERALLY the worst live performance I have ever seen. Wow it was SO bad. There was a fight in the crowd, and the security jhst told them to stop, everyone kept yelling for security to go abd pull the dude out, but they never did shit.

P.O.D wasn’t bad. The intro to Otis’s set was cool, but then he just had like 8 guys standing still his whole set for no reason. ICP killed it as always. I’ve said it before, and I will say it again: ICP has the best stage show in all of rap music.
